I don't write reviews very often, but I wanted to express my thanks to their incredible customer service. I am new to the Sip Club and had no idea what to say or how to use it. Their friendly cashier Elijah took the time to explain it all to me. Elijah also showed me how to use the self checkout kiosk for my Sip Club beverages. He then read off every single reward I had on my account. I haven't received such awesome customer service in a long time... Thank you so much for taking the time to explain the Sip Club functions and rewards to me. Now I go every day 😊

First time I got a salad there was barely any chicken on it. The next time, I found a piece of salad practically rotten away then a bug if I'm paying this much for a salad the least they can do it is pick through it properly.

I came to Panera Bread with some friends for the first time in quite a while, and I was hoping to get something delicious! The soups looked good, but with a dairy allergy, some were off limits for me. I settled on a "tomato basil BLT" with potato chips. Unfortunately, the sandwich was both rather dry and a bit tasteless. I couldn't taste any basil, and the bacon seemed a little under cooked. I have had other sandwiches at other restaurants that were far more moist and filled with flavor. I was disappointed, I'm afraid, and will probably choose a different place to go with friends next time.

Ran in on my way to work to get a steak breakfast sandwich to go. When I got back to my office and opened it up there was no steak on it, which is a pretty big miss considering it's the main ingredient of this sandwich. Called the location to get a refund but they refused to refund me over the phone and said I had to come back to the store. I dont have time to drive 15min back to the location and they didnt offer anything to make the mistake right. Not going to lie, I was pretty irritated at this point because they wouldn't simply give me my money back (not irate or cussing or anything but irritated for sure since this was my breakfast before a very long work day) and told them that if I had to drive back to the store I would expect a refund and the sandwich to be remade correctly. She said they don't normally do that (they should) but would make an exception but that if I had an attitude when I showed up that they would REFUSE TO SERVE ME. This actually did piss me off and I asked what their name was, they refused to tell me so I asked to speak with a manager and she said she was the manager. Seems like a joke of a manager to me and an overall ridiculous experience from the customer service side and this is coming from someone with over 22 years of customer service experience. Its very unfortunate because I tipped them as I always do and I have been going to Panera 1-3 times a month for over 14 years but at this point will never return based on this single experience, which to some might sound ridiculous, but it highlights their commitment to the customer and there are plenty of places with better food and better customer service who would apparently appreciate my business more. (Sandwich was picked up at 10:04am on 8/4/25 from the Tualatin Location - Order #6051715957491740)

Absolutely rude especially the big girl wearing street clothes. The team lead Toria, if that’s how you spell it, seemed to be just fine with lack of urgency and bad attitudes from all team members including herself. Just two orders taking 20+ mins as 5 team members just bantered in the back.
