Came in today and got a to go order . Got home and a $5.99 cookie not in my order. Which I promised my granddaughter . Tried calling 5 times just now! Nobody answers the phone ! Horrible customer service !

So disappointing! I go here almost every morning for Avocado toast and don't usually experience issues, maybe small attitudes from the younger workers, but nothing to write home about. Today it was the young girl manager who had zero customer service skills or compassion. A girl made my Avocado toast and I watched her put it in the bag sideways. I opened the box and all of the toppings slid off and were smashed against the roof of the box. It seemed like a simple thing to bring to their attention but the manager was so defensive off the bat. She had the excuse, well there's not an easy way to put it in the bag... and we'll fix it for you this one time but not in the future... like what?!?! 😂 I've been going here for months and it never happened before. Also she should have just said, oh I'm sorry I'll get that fixed and moved on with her day. Pretty simple solution. I'm so glad Sherwood isn't that far away bc I've never had these attitude problems there. Get a grip yall it's not that serious!

We used the kiosk to order. It's convenient because it remembers previous orders and modifications. It's also very impersonal, especially when they put your order on the counter when it's ready, and nobody even says thank you or anything when you pick it up. Nobody even called my name, they just buzzed my phone to say it was ready. They could at least smile at you, but they ignored me. It feels like a George Orwell novel.

However, as I said, it was convenient and the food was pretty good. We'll be back, but I keep hoping that someone working there will acknowledge my presence and say hello or thank you or simply smile at me.

Clean but background music is too loud. I should be able to have indoor voice conversation with my table mates. We moved outside and the music outside was even louder. We were the only table outside and couldn't hear each other. We requested they turn the outside music down and they said they couldn't. Get the food to go.

Well, average pretty much defines this experience. Nothing especially good. Nothing especially bad. Cashier was totally ambivalent. Facility had not been cleaned recently, but it was the end of the day.
BTW, any chance of actually finding some blueberries for the blueberry muffins?

This Panera is busy at lunchtime but they tend to get orders out very quickly regardless. They have lots of seating and even some outdoor seating available. Staff sends very friendly

Parking: Lots of spaces but this is a popular spot mid-day, so you might need to park a few rows away

I ordered online asked for a bravo sandwich with no Black Forest ham proceeded to get only ham on my sandwich. Received a refund and a remake and still received Black Forest ham on my sandwich. What a waste of my time. I will be back because I like Panera but yall need to learn from this because that’s ridiculous.

I’m very disappointed with the overall experience that I had at this Panera Bread. The staff was extremely unkind. I had placed a to go order at the kiosk. It took them 30 minutes to get my salad and Mac together. My food was Left sitting on the counter while the staff was standing around talking. I finally went up there and that is whenever they had finally decided to call my name. I open the bag and to my surprise the order was completely wrong I asked politely if I could get the order that I had placed and was called a liar and was told that I needed to check the bag again due to she personally made my order. I asked if I could please speak to somebody else And that I did not like the manner in which I was being spoken to. A manager came back and let me know that the bags had been switched. She apologized and handed me a new order. Although this was not my order either. I let her know, and I asked if my order could be remade due to the fact that this was not my order for the second time. I was told that I needed to check my bag once again. I handed both bags to her and let her know that this was not my order as well as handed her both of my Receipts She’s then rolled her eyes and walked to the back. At this point, I just left with no food and was 30 minutes late getting back from lunch.

I recently visited Panera and encountered the most unprofessional behavior from the manager, who is named Mark T. Not only did he treat my mother disrespectfully, but he also blatantly disregarded company policies when it comes to wrong orders.

When I attempted to address the issue with him in a calm manner, instead of offering a sincere apology or attempting to rectify the situation, he dismissed my concerns and accused me of being ridiculous. This lack of accountability and professionalism is completely unacceptable.

It's clear that the manager at this location lacks the basic understanding of customer service and proper management. the employees wanted to help but he didn't. I'm deeply disappointed by the way we were treated and will not be seeing Panera in the same light until they address these issues and ensure that their staff adhere to company policies and treat customers with respect.

usually the management is super nice and respectful. I was treating him with respect. but didn't get the same in return.

Avoid this location if you value good service and respect as a customer.

We have had the worst customer service with this Tualatin location. I have tried to place three orders for our company only to be told to go to Jersey Mike's because they were too busy to fill six sandwiches in an hours time. In addition their service representative made my staff feel like they were an inconvenience. I called today to talk with the manager and he, as well, made my concerns not his problem. I have valued Panera for years, but this has tainted my view for sure.
