I recently visited Papa Murphy’s and was quite disappointed with my experience, primarily due to the unprofessional behavior of the manager. During my visit, the manager (Wiley) reprimanded an employee publicly in front of a full lobby of customers. This not only created an uncomfortable atmosphere but also reflected poorly on the management's ability to handle situations discreetly and professionally. While the quality of the food remains consistent with what I’ve come to expect from Papa Murphy’s, the management’s approach to staff interactions needs significant improvement. I hope this feedback helps address these issues and improves the overall customer experience in the future.
