Awful, apparently didn't know how to make a pizza on there menu. Basically no sauce, and didn't put cheese on at the start. Second time they were really really bad. Enough said.

They stay open later than Tigard stores on Saturdays. The pizza was ready at promised time and the guy was pleasant enough.

This is our neighborhood papa murphys and love it. But today 7/4 really changed that. Today the Asian supervisor pressed herself really rudely with a frequent customer. Didn't greet the customer upon walking in. So when asked was he going to get helped she said she was busy helping others and nobody was in the store. She went on to tell the customer she didn't and wasn't going to help him because he was rude. Oh because he asked was he going to get helped. She the supervisor said now she was refusing to help him. Why, oh because you rude. Oh really, because he asked you was he going to get helped and he wasn't never addressed as even being in the store. The customer stated he knew the owner, she said she don't care. What was wrong with her and why all the disrespect??? This is not her first or last time doing this very rude act but she really needs to be reprimanded because with someone else she might not have been to lucky in the disrespectful act. Until she clears herself up or mgmt have her cleaned up no more Tualatin papa murphys. Don't support!!!!!

Just ordered a Family Size Cowboy from the location on line. However, being I had a $5 In Store Only coupon....I called the store before submitting. I was told they would take care of the $5 when I picked up my order. So I'm sure you already know how this review ends. Got the we can't give you the five dollars and who did you talk too BS. Don't have customer service issues like this when I order from Bellagio's! Good bye Cowboy and hello Real Deal!

Pizza was expensive and not even good, I would’ve rather gotten a digiorno pizza and it would’ve been cheaper and definitely would’ve tasted better.

I've been a fan of Papa Murphy's since they first showed up in Portland, 20-some years ago? In any case, I still buy from them frequently. The quality-to-cost ratio is really high (i.e., really good quality for a pretty low price), and being able to get a really thin crust is a huge deal to me (for health reasons). And heck, in many situations, it's actually preferable to be able to cook it in the oven at home, in cases where I'm not ready to eat it immediately. My two gripes, which result in one lost star of rating:1. Even after all these years, they still haven't innovated much in their menu. In fact they actually removed some really good pizzas from the menu that were there 5 or 6 years ago, that I definitely miss.2. Like any place that hires teenagers as their staff, you sometimes get some baffling interactions, like the one I had recently: I walk in, was immediately greeted by a staff member (nice!), who asked me if I was picking up an order. I smiled, and answered "yes", appreciative of the greeting and of the promise of getting some service. At that he turned his back on me and walked away, mumbling something about my order probably being on the rack. LOL. Was I that big of a j*** when I was a teen? I hope not. Anyway, still a fan of Papa Murphy's despite occasional baffling interactions like that, and the now somewhat "boring" menu that desperately needs some fresh ideas.

OREGON CITY STORE: Ordered a pizza , paid in advance , 2 hours later . Not done , went to pick up and was told they were almost done . 9 employees in the store . Not cool

We’ve been buying pizza here since they open years ago and haven’t tired of them yet!
