The pizza was cold it was delivered in hands, not in one of the red Pizza Hut warmers for deliveries, but that was the least of the issues it was delivered by somebody who spoke no English in an unmarked car without a uniform nor did they have the normal Pizza Hut lit up sign on the top. They did not bring the drink we ordered. It was a 2 L of Dr Pepper and the stickers on the box showed, the boxes were opened, it was a very, very poor experience for a very profitable order

A part of my order was damaged upon delivery and I asked only for that to be refunded. I was told that they will refund the whole order for the inconvenience. I didn’t get a refund so I called back like they told me to do if it didn’t go through. Then they made me feel like I was the one cheating them, but they said they will still refund the whole order. Going on three weeks and still no refund, not even partially for what I originally asked for that was damaged.

So I live in Tigard and usually go to the tiny little Pizza Hut in King City. When I went to order food on the PH app, I found out they were out of mushrooms, onions, and CHEESE. I called them & they said it would be awhile until they got more cheese, so I decided to order at the next closest location: Tualatin.It’s safe to say I’m glad I did. The service there was so much better than the one in King City. Not only did I get delicious food, but the guys cooking the pizza gave my daughter and I an upgrade size pizza and soda at no additional cost. The cashier (wish I knew his name…had glasses and dark hair) was super nice!They have gained a new customer. We will be going to the Tualatin location from now on!

The price for the quality is absurd. I can get better pizza for less from Mod Pizza, and even frozen pizza is better than what you normally get from here, considering the price.
The Pizza Hut in Tualatin has the bestest employees ever. They are incredibly kind and generous as well as fun to chat with while you're waiting for your pizza. I have never had a restaurant treat me so well for no reason. And on top of that, their pizzas are absolutely incredible. Highly recommend this location.
The best Pizza Hut in the area, and the staff are next level in their service. Definitely recommend!
