There was a hole right through the middle and it was stuck to the box.. Consistently bad experience here at this Pizza Hut, Frozen pizza is better quality..

went inside and was greeted by this amazing worker named Avery. he immediately tried to upsell me and i declined (cuz i’m a chud) and ordered a medium pepperoni with stuffed crust. he told me (very kindly) that he couldn’t do that and he decided to upsell me to a pizza with stuffed crust. he then decided to put his special sauce on it and finished it pretty fast. this young man deserves a raise lowkirkuinely.

Went in to pickup a pizza. Was told to wait another 5 minutes. Noticed there was a bathroom in the lobby. I asked to use it and was told it was for employees only…. Then why have the bathroom in the lobby?

I travel for work. You get used to average. I ordered carry out. The guy at the counter, he had long hair, love it. Dont know his name. He took the time to ask if I needed plates or anything. I said yes and he gave the plates and and some red pepper. It's the small things that people remember. I remember him. Great service.
Called to place an order for delivery at the tualatin location after a long day of softball, had a hard time understanding the employee due to static and the employee had an accent. I eventually spoke to a manager and got things straightened out. I felt so bad because I could tell the guy was new and he was really trying to help me. Food was delivered really fast, and the kids said it was the best pizza ever! They even gave us free bread sticks! I just wanted to say great job!!

Been going here for awhile now and definitely can say i havent had a bad experience. Foods been consistently good and on time. Customer service is is alright, they are not as friendly as Dominos but they are not unfriendly so it doesnt bother me. Overall its a good place to order pizza.
