Two guests total. Two hours there. Took 20 minutes to order for my child. Took one hour to get her kids cheeseburger. Took an additional 15 minutes waiting to see if I could get two go boxes, once she wasn’t coming around I had to ask the front person who checks guests in.

The large table next to us once guests left of 8.. set dirty with food and trash on ground for the two hours there.

I was told everyone’s slow and no discount is needed by the manager. I didn’t ask but the waitress wanted to give us one.

That’s okay just ordered the kids meal and basket of fries.

Overall. It wasn’t even packed and we got there before lunch crowds came in.

Red Robin was absolutely packed because it was Homecoming. Even with that said, out server Bri provided exceptional customer service and was absolutely hustling. She is a an absolute joy. The food was great too but Bri made our evening.

Dietary restrictions: They made sure not to put cheese on my burger and I appreciate that.

Have came to this location many times because it's right next to our gym, however the last 3x have been disappointed! The server tonight clearly was in a bad mood ,we ordered peach ice tea with the peach on the side imediatially she said we don't have that, when clearly she knew I was speaking of the peach syrup on the side. Not a peach!!!!
My husband always orders fish and chips,the first time we had the fish and chips was at Tigard and they told us that we could start with fries and end with salad so we've asked for that at the Tualitin location and for whatever reason tonight they tried charging 3.99 for fries.
I wanted to not leave a tip because of her attitude when we asked about the charge for the fries. Overall attitude didn't deserve a 8$ tip that I left her. I also asked the server isn't there now 30 different sides to choose from? She said I don't know there is a lot!
Poor description of their new 30 plus sides that the server should have been explaining to us and offering!
As bad as this service was the time prior was worse!
We had to ask for everything 2x the prior time!
We've decided to not frequent this location anymore! Due to the horrible service!!!

Sat in a booth for 10 mins before contacting a management. At this point he didn’t really even care that we hasn’t been waited on either. The waitress was condescending towards my mom and I. We ended up not eating anything. There is also dust flying everywhere, you might want to dust in the eves. While this was supposed to be a celebration for my son’s birthday it ended with not wanting to come back at all. Never coming back this location

Waitresses was terrible ask several times for refill on drinks and Fries. Ordered 2 milkshakes got one then 15 minutes later had to ask for the second one. It was on the counter and delivered half melted. Hamburgers was cold buns were hard and not even toasted tasted Stale.

Went in with my wife and son. It was fairly busy right off a lunch rush and some other family of four decided to leave instead of waiting for the estimated 30 mins; people have bad days I get it. The two employees hosting seemed new to it but that's okay, we all start somewhere, and they went to get, I assume, the manager (man in a green shirt ) to help them. They kind of ignored us for a short wait while they tried to figure out the seating arrangements and estimates. We maybe waited five minutes at most at a very busy time to get seated, so that was great as we were expecting a 30 min wait.

Our server, Lyndsey I believe, greeted us after a short wait saying she'd be right with us. They were fully booked here so all understandable. She got to us within another five minutes and took our orders. Our food came by within 15 and she checked in on us several times.

For how busy it was, we were impressed by the speed at which the food came out. It tasted as expected delicious, and the service was great. Props to our server for being courteous while dealing with a full rush.

We’ve come here a lot in the past but this was the worst experience we’ve had in a while at a restaurant. As soon as we sat down the server was rude, which was fine considering our party was 6. It took them a while to come greet us after waiting a hour for a table. When she finally did come around to get our drink order, she had so much attitude. It took about a hour to get our food. We didn’t get bottomless fries even though all our meals came with it. After requesting fries multiple times. We ended up paying then leaving. Worst experience ever. Never will return to this location .

Always check your to go orders. I tip for extra Fry's. I got none. I would have gone back but I was too tired after a long day. Not to mention how long it took. I should at least get my tip back. They did actually nothing

Our server Becc was absolutely amazing. The second we got there she asked if we were going to get fries and gave us fries while we were deciding to order (smart I so many ways). She was very patient with our dad (Pops) and knew exactly how to handle him.
She was attentive and professional and we had such a great time because of her service.

Went in the other day for a takeout order (burger). When I arrived I thought my order would have been done but it sadly wasn’t. I talked to the hostess (whom was very polite and sweet) and she told me that the food was not ready yet. She told me the wait would be around 15 minutes and I thought that was not a problem. Unfortunately, I waited for basically 30 minutes to get my food and it still wasn’t done. I asked for the manager to help me deal with this situation. This was Stacy. She then immediately gives me the food, and I noticed that it was very cold like it had been sitting out for an extended period of time. I asked that the restaurant warm my food back to an edible temperature, be remade or be refunded. The manager was very unpleased to hear that I wasn’t happy, and immediately started to show me that she wanted the situation to end. After being treated poorly, I was then given my food cold as was and told that was all.I feel very disrespected and don’t want to bring my business there. Got served cold food with an attitude 😅

Great atmosphere in this location ! I was served by Cailynn she was just awesome she went above and beyond she was checking if we were satisfied every 8 minutes, I ordered the monster burger it was huge and Juicy, great taste, I would come to this location any time! Keep it up guys
