Paid a premium to have my order Door Dashed. Part of my order was missing. I tried to call the store, but no one answered. I drove down there and was told their phones don't work and just sold out of the chicken I wanted. I received the plate with no offer of a refund or any other compensation for the trouble. Will never return.

The food was great. The teriyaki chicken was dry, wish it had more teriyaki sauce on it. But I absolutely loved the Mac salad and the sticky rice. Highly recommend this Hawaiian joint. I’ll definitely come back again.

This is my son's favorite weekly go to. The food is consistent- grilled chicken is delicious, the nac salad is fresh, and you can grab extra sauce for your takeout. Staff is always friendly. The dining room is small and fairly basic. Better if you can sit outside by the "lake".Parking: Parking is a small lot and shared with another restaurant. The office building next-door has a larger parking lot but is fairly full during business hours.

My husband and I frequent Roxy’s on the regular he is not one who likes to eat out ever but he loves Roxy’s and that is saying something! If he’s willing to spend money on their food it must be good! Lol! I love the shou chicken and kalbi chicken, fried rice and noodles. My husband always gets their teriyaki chicken!
This place exceeds my expectations on every visit. I have not been to this location in a few years since I haven't lived nearby in a while. I went here for lunch with my family and it was amazing! The kalbi chicken and kalbi beef ribs are outstanding! Their macaroni salad is the best I've had from any Hawaiian BBQ restaurant. Last, but certainly not least the service is phenomenal and the workers were very kind and professional throughout my visit.
