Shari's Cafe and Pies

Food was good. Many items they did not have. Decaf coffee. A known coffee/pie sit down restaurant to eat and they don't have Decaf. Wow!
Didn't have avocados for 2 items on their menu. My fruit, the melon was cut down at the bottom. Instead of it being green, it was white. Very gross. So I just had a bowl 3/4 full of cantaloupe and a few strawberries. Makes you think what they had.
Yes, my friend and I were there for hours. We come from different cities. We weren't bothering a soul besides taking a seat, glasses of water and I ended up drinking caffeine. Near the end we were forgotten about. Mind you, the restaurant was dead.

Another Shari's and they suck at different levels. At some point they will go out of business. Quite sad. Just not the same as back in the day

I’ve lived in Tualatin for almost 18 years and this sherries hands down in Tualatin have always been the best. I’ve always received such excellent service from the waitress and love the food the cooks make! Lately when me and my partner come to sherries we receive such wonderful service from a waitress named Devon❤️ considering how busy it gets she manages to always serve us well?. All in all 10/10 love the restaurant and it’s people

We have been coming to this location for about 6 years. We keep coming back, because the food is always great. We have had mostly REALLY good service, with a few exceptions.Tatum is our favorite server. She's so personable, and GOOD at her job. She takes time to have friendly a chat, and specifically talks to our youngest, who is on the spectrum. He responds so well to her ❤️ We are always so pleased to see when she's there.There is a wonderful lady who primarily worked breakfast/day shifts on the weekends that we don't see anymore. She was amazing as well. We don't get in on the weekends enough, so we haven't seen her, but hopefully she's still there.We've seen improvement on the consistencyof the newer servers. The main complaint we have is that there are never enough servers for the amount of customers. The poor servers are left running themselves ragged to cover the entire restaurant. Please schedule or hire more servers to help out your staff. They deserve help.Also, this place is in desperate need of an update/refresh. The booths are all ripped and ragged, the floor is gross. The outside of the building has needed a good pressure washing for years.All in all, we definitely recommend this location.

Kid-friendliness: Staff is always so kind and friendly to our kids. They always make sure they have crayons and coloring sheets. They make sure to try to ask them directly what they would like to eat or drink. Generous with refills, and gracious with any messes. My youngest LOVES the Mac and cheese here, and asks repeatedly til we come here. This is one of the biggest reasons we always return. The value and care.

Staff was very friendly! We were seated right away and the food was out quick and delicious! A+ on the strawberry lemonade!

We had a great experience. We were greeted right away, the waitress gave us suggestions on what to get off the menu, and the service was fast. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the restaurant.

As it has been 32 years since I last was in the Pacific Northwest, I was totally impressed with the food and the staff!! Thanks for making my return trip an awesome experience again!! Keep up the amazing hospitality and food!!

Bought some pies for 314 day and they seemed understaffed. Ordered a couple days before, but took about 30 mins to get in and out. Pies were ok. Really liked the Dutch apple. Cherry, strawberry rhubarb were a bit bland .
