Always good here. Service is always fast, clean dining area and friendly people. Please have straws out. This is one of the only locations where I have to ask for straws and if they are busy, this may take a moment as they are outside of customer reach.

every morning i come in before work i get attended by new employees each time and they are always super nice, welcoming, explain with a smile & write positive things in my cups. ( my local shop doesn’t, this one special ) i love it they always get my orders right, so nice and the best attitude by all! 🩷

Came here with my kids and spilled a hot chocolate. In no time we had a new hot chocolate and the spill was cleaned. Great customer service and they made the kids feel good about the experience. Thank you!

After you order and are already trapped in their drive through line, expect to wait 15-20 minutes and be met with a barista who literally doesn’t care they take about 5-7 minutes per car. Arthur Cafe at the end of Martinazzi is privately owned and the baristas care about your time.

Walked in the store needed a pick-me-up. The atmosphere of employees were lively, friendly and cheerful. The staff engagement with customers only got better. On March 17th around 1000 my barista was an absolute sweetheart and got my order exact! I wish I remembered her name. However, the absolute rockstar was Mariah at the register!! Her energy was motivating for a new day. She wrote a message on each customers meal package… mine read “slay the day away” while my coffee cup read “cheers!” PLEASE GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE! It’s one thing to be kind to customers, it’s another to go above and beyond the universe to change someones perspective on a new day. You never know what someone is going through and I am not the only customer truly appreciating her value to customer service, the team and this establishment!!! No cold brew

I come here every few weeks to work while my dog is nearby at the groomers.

The staff here is always so nice, my order never takes long and I appreciate that this location looks well staffed (at least to me). They are busy but every single person that walks in gets a “good morning!”
