DoorDashed an Iced Caramel Macchiato, but the cup they put it in had 4 VERY large slits on the side of the cup. When I took the cup out of bag the cup collapsed in my hand spilled all over my lap and desk at work. When i looked further, the bag was wet all over the bottom too because the cup was dripping inside. Please look at your cups before giving them to your customers. I was lucky that I had brought extra clothes to work with me for the gym to change into. I'm still sticky from the all coffee. Do better.
