Is anyone else having trouble with Subway's app? Ever since I had to update it on my Motorola Moto G Pure, I can't sign in.
All I get is this. I use the curbside service due to a disability, and I tip well for the trouble. But I can't even tap 'I'm Here!'.
(I can get every other restaurant's apps, no problem, so it's not my smartphone)

Leo and Steven (Stephen?) were fantastic! I had an issue with the app and they helped me out no problem! (Though don’t try to resolve things over the phone lol they don’t answer it)

When my card declined here due to a bank issue the employee said “oh no you’re broke” loudly and mockingly. After I paid and sat down to eat I heard him mocking a black customer he had seen earlier, he mocked her accent and complained about her not liking her sandwich. The workers were swearing and on phones.

A friend of mine just relayed a recent experience is this store where, after paying for her sandwich, she mentioned that they forgot the cheese. The subway person responded by threatening to call the police if my friend didn't leave. My friend showed me the video she made of the experience and it was rude and ugly.

Tried to order online for lunch. It kept refreshing so I didn't know if I ordered multiple sandwiches or not. I went in to ask, but they couldn't find my order. I placed the same order to go. They informed me that I want allowed to use a coupon since I want ordering online. They already knew I attempted to but could not die to the site. I was informed they would not discount the lunch dinner it wasn't online.
Subways business model, provide discounts online but not in person. Them make everyone go in person to avoid giving discounts.

How do you mess up a sandwich that someone’s telling you how to make.
They’re lucky I’m starving and haven’t eaten anything but a few graham crackers in the last two days, anything tastes good at this point.

I asked if I could charge my phone while in there. They said they didn't have any plugs. I pointed out some empty plugs. No answer. I'm fine with "no" but not with lies.

Alina the “sandwich creator” was very disrespectful in my opinion, whenever i came in. i already have a hard time ordering when it comes to building a meal in person and she ruined it for me.
This store is a joke no one ever answers the phone, I’ve been in my car in the parking lot calling with nobody in the store and nobody ever answers ever
