Tried to order online for lunch. It kept refreshing so I didn't know if I ordered multiple sandwiches or not. I went in to ask, but they couldn't find my order. I placed the same order to go. They informed me that I want allowed to use a coupon since I want ordering online. They already knew I attempted to but could not die to the site. I was informed they would not discount the lunch dinner it wasn't online.
Subways business model, provide discounts online but not in person. Them make everyone go in person to avoid giving discounts.

Alina the “sandwich creator” was very disrespectful in my opinion, whenever i came in. i already have a hard time ordering when it comes to building a meal in person and she ruined it for me.

I recommend that the employees let customers know of this “policy” that they have. 1 coupon per family! Never heard of this. I went there with my nephews and sister after my nephew’s swim class. It was right across from the swim school and I remembered I had coupons. Employees saw us walk in together and saw our coupons we had. Even told us from which menu we could use them on. After my sandwiches were done she asked if we were family pointing to my sister and nephew’s who had already paid with a coupon and sitting down. I said yes but she had already paid. And I handed her my coupon for my sandwiches. She said I can’t take your coupon because it’s 1 per family. I was like what!? I have never heard of this before. I said why not tell us in the beginning. She saw our coupons. I would have only gotten 1 sandwich had I known. I asked if she could make an exception since I honestly did not know of this policy. She said I already do that for too many people so I can’t. I contemplated walking out without the sandwiches but I didn’t want to ruin my nephews dinner. Just saying had my nephews not been there I definitely would have walked out.Just unfair is all. Maybe also put that in writing on the coupons as well. If it’s even true! Spent $22 instead of the $13 I thought I was going to pay. Nowadays it’s nice to save money where ever you can.

I ordered on the app and got 2 foot longs. One of them was the beast and it was missing jalapeños, mvp sauce, lettuce, olives, oil and vinegar, salt and pepper, all of which are on the reciept. The second sandwich was a spicy Italian and it was missing cheese, banana peppers, salt and pepper, and all of it was on the reciept as well. I could not take it back due to them being closed. For the amount I spent a refund and a remake needs to happen.

Bad vibes. Have ordered here multiple times and going to give up because the order isn’t right and they don’t keep things fresh so highly unsure of their food safety practices. We ordered some footlongs today and all of them had stale, hard bread and tasted off. Awful experience, giving up on this location.
