You should be ashamed you won't serve someone in a vehicle that won't fit in the drive thru. Funny because a truck brings you ALL your stuff! No more taco bell for me since you obviously don't want my money.

This tomorrow bell had much fresher food and tortillas. Drive thru was fast and they were very nice. They did limit our fire sauce which was a bit frustrating.
Apparently bombarded with door dash and GrubHub orders all night. After waiting 20 minutes in line, once we got to the order screen, they said they can't take our order because they were dealing with the door dash and GrubHub orders. Had to wait more time to get out of the line after that.

Drive thru would only give me 2 sauce packets per item (3 items). I asked twice for more and was told no. Terrible customer service! I’ll NEVER go back, they obviously don’t need my business.

Taco Bell has amazing advertising. It brought me in to try their breakfast specials. I was disappointed because though they're okay, I won't get them again. I also don't like that you order from a kiosk. I still really like people and real customer service. I know all the fast food joints are doing this. Still....

They sabotage my food. Before they made it right and it was good. So I know the difference. When/if they stop sabotaging, I'll remove this post.
The staff is always super friendly and gets the order right everything, even with a few special requests.
