I went through the drive through once and my son went into the store to make our respective orders. All seemed great. I'm glad this location in particular is back up and running with full staff and it's open now to midnight again.

The lady working at the window has horrible customer service and a pretty unpleasant look on her face. I said thank you the first time and she shut the window in my face. The second time I didn’t say thank you… I just looked at her and she just handed me the food and then shut the window in my face again.. It doesn’t take much to be kind and have a good customer service. Won’t be spending my money here again:)

I had a baconator and suppose to be double beef and the problem is the cheese and the meet were not cooked well and my food was terrible.

Ordered 3 full meals for take out. Received all the items I ordered and drive away. When I returned to my job on a limited lunch hour, I found all of the burgers undercooked (raw meat). The sodas that were ordered were disgusting and barely anything more than colored carbonated water. Hardly any syrup in the drink.
I had to drive 3 miles back just to get my coworkers cooked burgers.
Evidently any supervision over quality control is too much for this franchise to handle.
They did replace my items, did apologize, I’m still out the time x2 I had to drive back and forth and then not eat because of time.
I will NOT be spending money here again.

Even as a dasher, some are extremely rude. When I walk in they act like I’m a nuance for them and half the time I get ignored even though I’m just trying to do my job and get people their food. It’s not that hard to be nice especially if you got to fake it. And ESPECIALLY when you aren’t even rude to them, I can understand some attitude if there’s a rude customer, but when all we do is be nice, it gets irritating and annoying to be near them. Again, not all the employees, just some. This happens every time I come to this Wendy’s.
