I moved to Turner just last year and as a baker and food lover (and someone used to living across the street from a Pearl Bakery or Grand Central or Lovejoy in Portland) I have been blown away by how great this place is.
The bread is top tier for any big city bakery and all the pastries, cakes, cookies (the oatmeal whoopie pies are huge bombs of suger love and the hoagie rolls are life changing) are all great. They only have drop coffee but its local and super tasty.
They bake bagels on Sundays only and have limited hours but those are the only negatives. These folks are making incredible bread, please support them and tip well!

You can tell a lot about a bakery by something as simple as one of their cookies. So I walked in a bought a couple. The cookies were perfect, there's really not another word to use here, they were perfect. And that attention to detail will lead me back for some loaves of bread very soon

It’s not very often anymore that you end up feeling like you got what you paid for but I honestly feel like the ham and cheese turnover that I had this morning, I would have paid more for and I don’t think I’ve ever said that before lol. Now don’t get me wrong, please don’t raise the price because that was part of the enjoyment of the whole experience??. Great service and great food. I got a slice of quiche. Lorraine for my lunch today and I’m looking forward to that being as delicious as my breakfast. Thank you folks . Keep up the good work and I will see you on my next time through.

Such a cute little bakery. The diner next door was closed, so we heading over for excellent broccoli bacon quiche and some great coffee. A lot of tempting things in the bakery case, but I was able to get out without succumbing to more temptation. I'd go back in a hot second though!

Absolutely the best bagels on this side of the country. Worth the drive from anywhere in Oregon to try them.That being said, everything else they offer is made with passion and love and is fantastic in its own right, including their cheesecake, coffee cake, cookies, hand pies and much more.Recommend Turner Baking Company to everyone I can.
