We were visiting from California. Did the chef’s counter and had amazing food, delicious wines and great service from host Riley and Chef Lisa.. The views are beautiful and experience was so great we came back the next night for more delicious food and great wine. Joined the wine club and we belong to some in Napa and Pasa Robles. Highly recommend this place!

Our most recent visit was for Sparkling Easter Brunch, and we had a terrific time. Lucked out with perfect spring weather, and a table by the window to enjoy the stunning views. Great wine, of course, and the special brunch menu was fantastic. I'll be thinking about the chicken biscuit sandwich for a long time. Special recognition goes to our server, Mischka, who was attentive, thoughtful, and sweet.

This has to be my fifth time eating there. The food was very good but the service was very disappointing. We were a party of seven. They pushed two four tops together and repeatedly refused to see this at the two large round tables at the corner they're already set up with six chairs. The entire meal those two tables remained empty. The waitress barely gave us any attention and did not clean up dirty dishes at all. Another server helped out by taking three of the seven dirty dishes away. When I asked the waitress if she could do it she did not. Instead she brought over the bills for us to pay. They are far better at wine than at food service.

I was extremely disappointed in how we were treated initially. We walked in and no one acknowledged us. We walked into the owner’s room (I’m an owner) and someone rushed in behind us and told us we couldn’t sit in there without a reservation. I was a bit annoyed, as it shouldn’t be called the owner’s room anymore… if it’s Just additional seating, doesn’t make sense to offer it as a benefit. Despite some tables that didn’t have the reserve card on them, we were told they were all reserved and we were told to use a combination of the low bar and upstairs. However, it was extremely confusing how to use the rooms (we thought we’d have to go down the stairs each time we wanted our next tasting).Finally, after about four different people, someone offered to seat us at a table. I did not feel valued at all.However, Sarah saved the day. She was excellent and she made me forget about the terrible service before her. This would have been a one star review without her. She was extremely nice, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. People like her make it worth it.
