It was supposed to be a third pound hamburger, puny condiments, and it was their signature "1/3" pound burger, and was more like a McDonalds skimpy burger with no taste, very disappointing! The fries were under-cooked and greasy. Very disappointing considering the price. No wonder the place had one table that night.

We've eaten at Rae's Dayz 4 times now & every meal has been delicious. Robust selection of items for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Have not tried the desserts yet they look fantastic. We visit this town a couple times a year & we make sure we dine here each time.

Best diner for miles and miles. Can't go wrong this menu. They have all the regular items plus a lot more just ask and you will be surprised.

We did not have a good experience at Rae's. We had been on the road for several weeks and headed home. Stop in for dinner. Wait staff was more interested in talking with the one other table that was occupied, food was below average and atmosphere was lack luster.

Went there for lunch ..... I was very disappointed..... the salad was not rinsed it was dry and just thrown on the plate with two shriveled tomatoes..... the patty melt was of course the hamburger was the frozen patties but they use the processed Swiss cheese.....which is horrible to me ..... the onions well let me tell you the cook had put the butt end of the onion on my sandwich.... Lazy Cook who doesn't wanna be there......I was told it was a very good restaurant so I was very excited to eat there...... seeing how I have a restaurant myself I do know what good food is... I will tell you though our waitress she was absolutely wonderful, very sweet and very accommodating.

We are new to town and this was our first place to try a breakfast and it didn't disappoint! The portion was very generous and very delicious! Wait staff was very friendly and attentive! And we got donuts, I need another very soon!! Can't wait to go back. The desserts look so yummy!

Donuts...yes please variety...also yes. Way too popular also yes they sell out fast at times would suggest going as earlier as possible.
Looking for a place to get some donuts nothing in Hermiston but found this one and only place in Umatilla town and they are fresh and delicious will be going for more, truly recommend this place !

Our waiter was very nice and attentive. Food came out pretty quick and the chicken fried steak was the best I've ever had! So tender and seasoned perfectly. Wonderful breakfast all around.

This place used to be great. We went for my fathers birthday tonight and the service was horrible. She acted like we were bothering her by just being there. No I'm not exaggerating, everyone at the table commented on it. Chicken fried steak had no seasoning, peas were still partially frozen, but what I'm most annoyed about is my daughter ordering a pizza pocket. It turned out to be a hot pocket...for $7.23. Seriously?
