OMG, the ice cubes that they put in your coffee are made of coffee!!!!!

Also the baked goods are some of the best I’ve ever had. This place is insane.

The Lighthouse is clearly my favorite lunch spot in Douglas County. The breads are outstanding with many options. The ingredients used for everything are fresh. I truly enjoy the ambiance inside and outside. The members of the staff are always pleasant, accommodating, and appear calm even in the lunch rush mayhem. I love the Chai drinks and coffee. Topping off the meal with gelato….yummm.

With the exception of the usual long line at the door and long wait for food to be delivered to tables, (up to 30 min extra busy times) it’s a GREAT place to eat all vegetarian (not 100% vegan) cuisine.

A hidden gem between Umpqua and Roseburg with a gorgeous garden area out back to enjoy lunch and a covered area for those Oregon rain showers. Only open three days a week, Thurs, Fri, and Sat from 11am, last orders taken at 2:30pm.

We usually order the mushroom burgers because they are phenomenal but I’ve also enjoyed their soups, salads and their grilled cheese with mushroom sandwich is heavenly. They also stock beautiful loaves of fresh baked breads and baked goods; my personal favorite is their oatmeal raisin cookies. They have a coffee tea station to enjoy with your lunch. Their ice tea is AMAZING!

We have come to simply expect a long line to order food and long wait for food to personally be delivered - it’s worth it!! The people who work there are always super pleasant. It’s no mystery why it’s so busy and popular!

Best place for vegetarian food and the fresh bread from their bakery is delicious. We always buy a loaf of wheat sourdough to go. Yummy

Vegetarian options: They donate all their tips to local charities.

Nice chill vegetarian vibe, great salads, I favor the grilled cheese with a nice soup. The breads and pastries are the best in the region. You can’t go wrong. Beautiful drive through farm and wine country.

Lighthouse is one of my absolute favorite places. The small line is well worth it. My go to is the Portabella sandwich with a chai and some of their almond pastries (the plum danish is amazing too, you can’t go wrong with any of it!) I highly recommend you take a morning to spend some time there. Even when busy there is plenty of seating either inside, in the covered area with the heater during cold months, and their garden in the back.

Fun place, great vegetarian sandwiches and burgers and fresh baked breads and pastries. Great coffee. Lots of loose tea varieties for purchase. It is expensive but worth the cost. Food is excellent!

Parking: The parking lot is not flat and has some bumpy surfaces. But it adds to the charm of the location.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible, plenty of room inside, outside and at the tables.

Hands down the best bread around. Always busy since they are that good. They run their business their way. Open only 3 days per week and run their inventory down at the end of the day, so come early or order your bread ahead of time. I get it! They can offer the finest ingredients and freshest product running the business the way they do. All my respect to this establishment. Oh…and their sandwiches are the bomb!

Very popular place, expect a wait for ordering and food.

Parking: If you avoid Saturdays after church, parking isn't terrible.
