I would recommend it only if you want a drink but NOT for karaoke if you are expecting to sing. (The bartender and locals we met were great!) The KJ, though our group of 8 was there before the 9pm start time, obviously had a preference for the locals. We went to the Flounder yesterday for a friend's Bachelorette. The bartender was fantastic and we had a wonderful time. Our only complaint was the Karaoke DJ, they were awful. We had even called ahead and told them we were coming hoping it would give them a heads up. We put in multiple requests for songs right at the start of the night and they ignored most requests, instead they sang themselves or only let certain regulars sing.
