NOT AFFORDABLE. People keep leaving reviews saying it’s affordable and cheap, but the food is MORE EXPENSIVE THAN PORTLAND Mexican restaurants, which makes no sense considering the higher cost of living and higher min wages in the Portland metro. Pdx Mexican places give MORE food for CHEAPER than this place. The intentions of this restaurant are good and appreciate the freshness, but the lack of seasoning or spice definitely tells you that the restaurant is catering to the local demographics ( if you know what I mean). I wouldn’t call it authentic, but everyone’s nice and the service is good and things are fresh.

I don’t have any photos of this place because the food was disgusting to look at. They’re very stingy with their chips and salsa. For 4 people seating they only gave enough for one person. For all my fellow Mexicans out there you should know about enchiladas sauce and cheese, our server did not, but instead of simply saying we don’t serve that, he proceeded to look at us with a rude sour look and continued to be nasty the entirely time we were there, even asking me if I knew that “we weren’t in Mexico” after I said that in Mexico they don’t use mozzarella and cheddar cheese in all entrees. Very bland. As a past server I am disgusted and mortified. For Caucasians who aren’t eating Mexican food on a regular basis, this might be great for you.

Service was good, food was okay but a little overpriced for what you get (think a little smaller than a traditional lunch serving for $20). Margarita was fine but nothing special.
