Hilltop Cafe-Bistro

Our group stopped in here for lunch on our way down to Yachats and it did not disappoint. Delicious food, quick wait time and the woman who took our order was so lovely and friendly. Plenty of tasty options so I'll definitely be stopping in again next time I'm in the area.

Yummy!!!! Omgosh! So happy to have found this gem! The food is so tasty and the service is great and very friendly. Their lemon blueberry cookies are to die for!!! Not too sweet or too tart just perfect. The atmosphere is comfy and relaxed. It’s like going to your friend’s house and they made you some good ole home cooked food😍

Lunch choices are numerous. The Reuben sandwich was huge, juicy and delicious, as was the mushroom burger. We both had potato salad as the side. It was nothing special. Orders are taken at the counter and are delivered by the waitress.

This place is great! Lots of options for food and all are very good. My husband had the Reuben and chips and I had the oyster po boy and clam chowder as a side. The clam chowder is gluten free and there is no bacon. Perfect ratio of clams to other ingredients. We always try to stop here if we are passing through.

I just stopped at the Hilltop Cafe in Waldport for the first time and I had a great experience as the crab Benedict was yummy and the waitress kendra was very kind and professional.

Ordered a French Dip sandwich from the lunch menu. The roast beef was overdone and skimpy, no caramelized onions, the sandwich was lathered with what I suspect was Dijon mustard which made it bitter to the taste, the Au jus sauce was tasteless. The bun was OK but a little stale. Would not recommend this cafe for lunch. A dollar would have been an overcharge for this monstrosity.
