Jillybeanz is the passion project of two really great parents trying to give back to a community who's given their family nothing but love since moving there years back. They work closely with local businesses, make a staggering amount of homemade goods, and genuinely care about the people they serve. Couldn't be more proud of such a cool Mom and Dad.
I loved the lemon bar ice cream. And we bought ice cream sandwiches with cookies made by owner Amy. Also locally made tiramisu. All awesome, though I think the huckleberry ice-cream sandwiches were the biggest hit. We will go back as many times as we can while visiting. When we were there visiting, several local families came in for a treat. Yay!
