The bread used to be so much bigger with the old owners. The new owners are making smaller loaves. The baguette used to hang out over the bag not anymore. The sourdough bat was much bigger. Everything has shrunk by at least half if not more quality has gone downhill I am a local and used to frequent this store not anymore. I will not be going back. there are many reasons why the bread is smaller sourdough starter. Polish is dead flower has gained moisture. The fact that the bread is more dense than before. Shows signs of proofing issues. I understand you’ve been the baker for 10 years. Maybe it’s time to pass the baton.

Literally everything in this bakery is the best thing I have ever had. You will not be disappointed. Come in and just try not to buy one of everything you see, though, I wouldn’t blame you if you did!
We stopped by this bakery on our girls’ weekend trip to stock up on necessary carbs. As you can see we got like one of everything to try (or as much as we could!) and everything was delicious. Kind of glad I don’t live here because I would be coming here daily. The sourdough bread is the best I’ve ever tasted. 😭 why don’t you deliver to other states?? Haha. Everything else was also yummy 😋 I literally brought back a loaf on the plane with me. Will definitely come back next time I’m in town!

I am totally addicted! We had their bread in a restaurant a couple years ago and asked if it was baked in-house. No, from Pacific Sourdough. We had literally just bought a house in Waldport so I couldn’t wait to check it out. I honestly plan my Waldport stays around this bakery. I am trying something new all the time, but have my favorites. (Not sharing - unless I meet you in line. :) The lines can be long but everyone’s delighted to wait! The staff is superb. Can’t think of a better representation of thoughtful baking, service and camaraderie - boy, do we need you!
I know the sourdough is the main ticket and it was very good but I wasn’t blown away by it. Possible I had my expectations too high. I absolutely was blown away by the cheesecake though. One of the best I’ve ever had.
Yum ! Open only on certain days. If you can't find it ask at the grocery store. If you're on a diet don't go lol. SERIOUSLY YUMMY. I scarfed my goodies so fast I didn't even get a photo ! I had a lemon bar,....so lemony with the perfext base of a buttery, flakey, crunchy yum...chewey gooey edges just PERFECT...AND A SMALL PECAN BOURBON square...to die for. $6 total.

Best treats and staff EVER!! Even with the long line and odd parking situation, nothing will ever stop me from coming here and praising it to every. single. soul. I. meet. They have such an incredibly delicious selection of new (and permanent) items that always keeps me running back for more. I’ve never left disappointed. And the staff is amazing and so kind!!!! One time I came in 10 minutes before closing and there was a *whole* cake left that I really wanted, and when they overheard me asking my mom if I should get it, they GAVE it to me for free!!!! It was one of the sweetest things anyone has ever done for me and it truly made my week.
I lived in Cali for 2 years and spent the entire time looking for a worthy replacement— and failed miserably. Now I live in Eugene and come back to get treats every month without fail, and I look forward to it every time
