Great dinner in a restaurant that has been reliably great for years. The server was engaging and fun. All of our meals generous and delicious. The clam chowder is amazing and perfect. They've served 72 tons of prime rib for a reason...it's spot on. You can't go wrong here!

Love this place. Servers are attentive, food is good, atmosphere has a good vibe. They have a decent menu, not too much or too little. Albacore fish and chips are good, but the mate french dip, yeah, it's really good. Full bar, Oregon video lottery, tvs with the games on. Great little hidden gem.

Fresh, honest food. Generous servings, great staff! Dropped in for lunch as a party of 7 and welcomed and directed to a table straight away! Everyone enjoyed their side of garlic bread the most, but Everyone also enjoyed every bit of their lunches. From soup and salad combinations to chicken strips basket to a chef salad. Can't recall what Everyone ordered but we all enjoyed. This is real Americana diner-style dining and I'd make an excuse to head back!

I had a wonderful time with a party of 20 people. My grilled halibut was absolutely perfect. There were no complaints from anyone!! The food was delicious. The service and atmosphere were simply marvelous. The homemade Marion berry cobbler was the best I've ever tasted. Thanks Amy and your wonderful staff for making my party a success!!

The Bouy 9 is a wonderful bar hidden in Hammond Oregon just outside of Astoria. It's got a down to the earth atmosphere and nothing fancy and damn good food.
If you want to warm up, have a few drinks and enjoy some just good American style food this is where you want to be.

Just ate there tonight on the recommendation of the S. Jetty Inn staff. Coconut prawns appetizer, Mate’s Special, and Marianberry cobbler a la mode were outstanding. Very busy for 4:30 in the afternoon. A slightly hidden gem…with great food!
We had a great experience. Such a relief from chain restaurants. Our server was very pleasant, quick, and attentive. The food was ready fast, was plentiful, and tasted great. I'm so glad this return trip lived up to our first time trying it out on vacation several years ago.

Best chowder I've had in recent memory, 10/10. Got the king cut prime rib $44.95, includes the chowder, perfect medium throughout. Great and fast service. Apparently they offer prime rib starting at 5pm EVERYDAY June/July/September. Under 5 minute drive from ft Stevens campground.
