They never have proteins, salsa, or roasted veggies prepped ready to go. Why do I need to wait 5-10 minutes for a basic menutized item to be prepared?
Portions vary by shift an workers. There is no conformity to training it seems. When made mention of this staff gets hostile. Or just doing care.

this location needs HELP. The food never looks fresh… the beans and meat especially… 90% of the chicken pieces in my bowl were huge pieces of fatty chicken. absolutely the worst location i’ve ever been to… the crew looks absolutely lost and disorganized in so many ways.

Used the mobile order app which was easy to use and easy to customize my food order. Price is very reasonable for high-quality ingredients. Some say the price of seem a tad high- but no -lots of food for the money and very high quality and more healthy ingredients that most other fast food joints. The carne asada was very flavorful and tender. Portion was quite generous. Definitely will be a regular visitor.

1/5 Stars – Disappointing Experience Right at Opening
Visited Chipotle shortly after they opened and was really let down by the protein options. Both the carne asada and another meat (I think barbacoa) were down to the absolute bottom of the pans. What was left was an embarrassingly small portion that looked dry, mushy, and clearly carried over from the previous day—definitely not fresh. When I pointed it out to the employee, she casually replied, “That’s how we do it when we first open,” which felt like they were admitting to serving yesterday’s leftovers instead of prepping fresh batches for the day. My wife went with the asada anyway and regretted it; it was tough, dried out, and lacked any real flavor. I love Chipotle when everything is fresh, but starting the day with old, scraped-from-the-bottom meat is unacceptable—especially when you’re charging full price. Hopefully this was just an off day, but I’d strongly recommend skipping the proteins right at opening until they change this practice. Super disappointing.

Just a bunch of empty containers with not much to choose from. They said there was more in the back, workers need to not leave empty meat and cheese containers out. Place was very dirty. Food tasted fine. If they tried even a little, the place could be great. Filthy bathrooms. Not attentive staff

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! I cannot stress enough how much of a disappointment this location is. Their prices are higher than the average chipotle location, they only had one person working the line, their portion skimping is the worst I've ever seen, and they were out of a couple items. The only redeeming quality of this location is the new building.
