I’ve loved dairy maid peanut butter milkshakes since I was a child but this diner has been a staple (in my eyes ) for SO LONG! I am almost 34 years old and I remember being maybe 5-6 and living in housing back behind dairy maid and would take change and a wagon and pull the baby sis in the wagon and go get peanut butter milkshakes.. I just stopped today and they are as good as I remember .. chicken strips were perfection as well as onion rings and literally everything ! You can’t choose wrong with dairy maid .. I no longer live in warrenton so whenever I come back home to visit I make it my mission to get food from here during visit !!

Very good hamburgers. I usually get the royal burger. It has bacon and cheese. Very good fries. The small is plenty for me.
Parking: You order, park, and wait for them to bring your order to you. They also have picnic tables.

Always a Royal and either blackberry or fresh strawberry-banana shake.. sometimes gems with sauce.My only tiny complaint was by the time I got to my destination the last two times my royal was wrong.. I asked for everyone on it except pickle and tomato. One time, I had no pickle but a tomato, and the other time was the opposite. I still ate it because I was already settled in. I will check to make sure next time I come through.

I always think if a burger is good you need several napkins to finish it. And the burgers here are no exception, juicy and messy and yummy. Great service!My only disappointment with this restaurant is the inconsistencies in their hours. On a few different occasions we showed up and they were closed. We now call ahead to make sure they are open.
