Worst DQ I've been too. Whenever I visit Warrenton and go there it's always dirty, not good service. Today the ice cream machine wasn't working and they were trying to fix it, they had no ice in the pop machine and none in the freezer, but did not tell me this when I placed my order. You would think with a Fred Meyer less than a mile away they would go out purchase some bags of ice. Fries weren't hot and not very warm either, and every employee working did not have a nice clean appearance for working and serving the public. I'm not returning

Service was slow, only a few working.. I grew up coming here, and use to be a nice clean and fast DQ.. It has gone way down hill, I do not recommend coming and eating here. Worst DQ I have been to ever.. Need to be shut down..

This is not a good DQ. It's pretty dirty overall. The ice machine didn't have ice, and the employees didn't seem to care about that until I brought it to their attention. The cashier was in bad need of a pair of nail clippers, and the food came out cold. It wasn't very busy and I can see why.

Worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. With only one car ahead of us it took about 20-25 minutes to get our food. The cashier was nice-ish enough, but it wasn’t even until after they made us pay that they said they had no ice for the drinks. And my chicken strips were little kid sized. Mediocre fries at best. Could’ve had faster food at a sit down restaurant.

Took the family here for lunch . Bathrooms were gross out of everything toilet paper ..employees were dirty coverd in dog hair an who knows what . Food was cold an tasted off my daught ate her cone thats all we could stomach . Won't be back

Ordered blizzards and fries waited 10-15 min for them to forget about the fries.then when we got them they were fairly warm. Atleast we got to eat the blizzards in the drive through while we waited.
I don't know really. The girls are here while I left, fueled the truck and picked up a pizza from Fultanos that was delicious!

I went to Dairy Queen yesterday I ordered online and they took forever to get my order and then one of the ladies said that they couldn't find me in the system and I show them my receipt in my phone food was not okay pretzel sticks were cold andhard they didn't have a banana split and they charged me from the same amount for a sundae ice cream

I love DQ but this place looks very dirty and run down. Ice-cream treats are still amazing but tgey should clean up the outside and monitor who hands in their lot ALL day

Absolutely extremely disappointing in the way I was treated. I am 4 years old and have never filed an official complaint with a company, but this was by far the closest I have ever been to filing a complaint. The two ladies that were serving me had horrendous attitudes, they were cussing, and cussing at me! I was absolutely appalled that any business would let their employees act in this manner.
