Decided to park here early before they opened and talk to a few people next door. Once done come over and have lunch there. Upon returning to vehicle to grab wallet was greeted with a nice unfriendly note on vehicle syaong please dont park hete again. I usually eat here once a week. Guess I won't anymore.

I placed an order online to be picked up at the drive-thru. Showed up and said I have an online order. I also was very nice about it like I always would be. The person said back to me in a very rude tone "we do not have an online order". I wondered if maybe I sent it to the wrong store so I checked my email and read the address back to the person and silence. I said I placed an online order for here and i got the same response "we do not have an online order." I was very puzzled but getting kind of irritated rightfully.The correct answer should have been I don't see an online order can I have an order number or ask do you have your online receipt with you? Would you pull forward while we check on it? But no-it was silence. So I said forget it I'll figure out how to get my money back and left.I called the store a few minutes later and spoke to another person and I said the person taking orders was very rude and I have my email receipt on the phone. And yes I was irritated by this time. He said "we have your order." "Oh really I thought you didn't?" I said. He said it just came thru and that i was being rude. Really?!? I said to cancel it and I want my money refunded. Well they can't do that!?!I have backed this store when people have complained online and supported them even we have got cold food or wrong food from this store in the past. I'm very understanding as I know what it's like to deal with the public in customer service. But I am shocked at this whole situation. Now I have to wait 60 days for a refund according to my credit card company. Never again will I deal with this company. Customer service sucks here.

Always takes lots of time in the drive through and “eh” food. Astoria DQ is better and faster.I knew better but thought I’d give it another chance and was disappointed again! Should have just gone over to Fred Meyer and gotten a Ben and Jerry’s or some other brand faster and cheaper!

This store is the worst in Warrenton. Taylor is the worst employee of this store. Rude, slow, and possesses zero customer service. Food costs are way too much. Quality is never good. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Won't take 50 dollar bills. The place doesn't show that anywhere, though. This wasn't on purpose for us. The total was 32 dollars. What a joke. I left the location without paying for the food. I didn't realize I was a criminal for having 50 dollar bills.

I love Dairy Queen. Definitely my favorite fast food restaurant. But this place? This place is crazy. First of all, my fries were oversalted. So oversalted that I felt like I was going to have a stroke. The toast also tasted very peculiar. I can't put my finger on why; it just did. The chicken was okay, I guess. Some chewy bits, but that's normal I suppose. The workers also forgot my drink so I had to ask for it. The only redeeming quality are how much natural light there is.

Evaline was Amaze Ballz !!! She killedit! Not only was our food, hot and ready she had easily fixed all my inquiries;( Lady is top notch gal. Two thumbs way up?! Good to see Warrenton Dairy Queen has come back ???

These guys are killing it, Kimberly and Adrian were extra personable and so was the cook who brought my food out (forgot to get his name-evening shift 10/09/23) great attitude and knows how to cook for real. Best food and shake I've had at any DQ, and some of the best service too. Thanks!

I've only eaten at this location once, and part of my order was missing. The other time myself and my very hungry child sat in the drive through for over 20 minutes before leaving, we hadn't even gotten to the order window yet. Avoid this DQ & instead travel down to the Gearhart location.
