Seemed like really good folks but smoked meats were not very tender and some were a bit dry. Beans need more flavor (could use added meat) and mac and chz was not good. Tough to mass produce BBQ for food truck type places, but could be better.
Deliciously slow grilled meat. Beef ribs you can enjoy real beef flavour together with spices used. Mexican style beans and creamy corn just delicious. Soft and juicy pastrami brisket. Lot of space to seat. Clean toilet. 2 things could improve - side dishes - slaw salad size is misunderstanding, you can eat it at once at the same time tons of onions on a plate - Korean pork belly - it's practically sliced bacon too thin. As a famous restaurant guide says "worth a trip".BBQ is something you are happy to hand over to the professionals, here it is in a safe placeIt is noticeable that you have been in business for a few years, constantly evolving.What we liked best were the ready-made main courses, almost more affordable is to buy by weight.Presentation testifies to many journeys, recognized me both from Fette Sau and Holy Cow on the other side of the Atlantic.Nice shop with all the equipment...
