It’s so hard to find truly delicious mexican food, so I am beyond thrilled that my husband and I found this food truck. I got the chimichanga plate (21) with shredded beef and it is hands down the best chimichanga I’ve ever had. The food is so delicious and well portioned. I can’t wait to try something else on the menu?

This place is delicious! We are spoiled to live in South Seattle near many yummy Mexican food trucks, and this place totally stands out. The meat, seasoning, and salsas are all top notch. My kid literally wanted to drink the mild green salsa. My husband who eats more burritos than he should; raved about the burrito’s flavors and how it was filling but not heavy. We were in town for four days and had multiple meals here. Just go!
