As far as Panda Expresses go, this is pretty high up there. They load that plate up! Pretty dang good food, even if it isn’t fresh. Both the ladies that helped us were very kind. I think this location might be over-hated….

Cant do a phone order does not take cash I am old school ridiculous i cannot order on the phone I picked up my order at 715 . The chow mein was old tasted terrible the teriaki checken at best was fair also had been sitting a long time egg roll fair the other item i ordered was good. I am a local would be nice to order more often but the quality of the food was substandard. I will not be ordering from here again. Would like to hear from management to explain.

The food is really good but the portions absolutely suck and they don't give it to you how you want it in your box to give it to you in these plastic boxes instead of the Chinese box that they used to give you the food in the rude and they don't give you what you pay for you try to ask him to put more food into the plates and they tell you they can't well then you ask you have to buy more it's like they're ripping you off they're taking half of your food from you and charging you twice as much I don't like my food in plastic boxes I want to pay for what I asked for Not For What Little they give you charge an arm and leg for I think it's okay very disappointed in this place

They don’t cash. They’re often out of entree items. Get to the window and I’m glad I looked because one of my items is completely missing and one of the entrees has the wrong item in it. And they usually do the bigger plate with the third item in a smaller container but this time it was all in one. So I’m guessing I was shorted food too

I live panda but the fact this location doesn't take cash even though it was supposed to be fixed after a month its still not. Food varies based on staff and time of day not the best ive been to

Like many chain restaurants this one is the absolute worst for service. You will literally wait in the Drive-Thru for a half an hour. Your food will be overcooked and it will taste like trash.

So on 11/26/24 between 1130am to about 12:05 i was inline. I was looking at one of the girl serving. As she put the food of her to go order the shrimp fell on stainless steel table she pick it up and put on the Togo order box, then the rest of Lo mien was touching her fingers as it goes on the to go box. So, if you are the customer bought on those time stamp. Hopefully you're not sick. Manager review your camera if it works. Please this is a busy location but your employee needs to care more about to go customers. Food is great. No questions there. Thank you for responding right away. Just care about your business and keeping everything open.
They forgot ALL of the sauces in my mobile order. Including the teriyaki for my chicken. I didn't realize until I was 45 minutes away at home. Now I can either drive another hit and a half both ways or choke down this dry chicken. Lose lose.

All was awesome as usual. Food and staff are awesome. 1 request, almost at every panda I am e ever gone to. There is never any salt and pepper packets. Please add this to stores for customers who enjoy plain rice and fried riced or chow mein with salt and pepper please. Thank you guys!

Always a wait for popular items. Sometimes it's almost half an hour to get your order from the drive thru. It's fairly consistent taste/quality but the wait makes it not worth it when I have the kids in the car. Even if you order in the app it's never ready when it's suppose to be.
