When they are open and fully operating, it's always been a pleasant experience.
I understand my orders take a little extra time, because they are a little customized.

I look forward to when they can have the staffing bandwidth to stay open past 1:30pm - this has been difficult.

Dietary restrictions: Non-dairy Cold Foam

Parking: Strip Mall parking. Nothing curbside at Starbucks, but not a far walk.

Wheelchair accessibility: ADA Spaces, sloped sidewalk aprons, decent restroom.

I Order from the app to avoid having to waiting! Lo and behold, I go to the door to pick up my order and have to get in the drive thru line because it’s locked!!!!

Now I am in line waiting in the drive through for my drink that’s been sitting waiting getting cold!!!

The logistics of flowing everything through the drive through, caused traffic to back up, not allowing any vehicles to get through young’s bay plaza to the other business. The traffic was almost backed upon to the road. Poor poorly planned!

Suggestion: open your lobby for mobile pickup orders only that way it helps with the traffic and people that already ordered can get their drink and go !

Starbucks is really sucking!!! And then this sign in the drive thru!🤬

I’ve been coming to this location regularly in summers for internet and air conditioning - in the past, while all has not been perfect, service and attention to customers has been a relatively pleasant experience. However, there’s a new member of staff who waltzes through the store with an ‘I’m more important than everyone, you should all be delighted that I deigned to give you my time.” Said new staff member can’t even be bothered to remove the cellophane wrapper on food when serving it. I don’t know about you, but I’m offended when someone can’t be bothered to do their job and then expects me to be thankful for their inferior services.
