The food is eh… I mean it is Subway. But I am leaving a review because it is so hard to find good customer service nowadays since COVID, so I wanted to give a shout out to Irene for being such a delight.

Maybe it’s because my only interaction in the states has been with people in Seattle, but I have grown accustomed to rudeness & disgruntled employees. So it was a pleasant change to run into someone so sweet & kind. A+++ customer service was much appreciated

The subway we have here in town is absolutely great, especially after they got rid of the negative Nancy that worked there. No, her name was not. Nancy, it's just a figure of speech cuz she was so damn negative.

I ordered a tuna sandwich. They spread the tuna like it was mayo. It was literally a hint of tuna, half a slice of cheese. I will never go here. I don't recommend anyone else go here either.

We placed an online order, the store showed it was open, the online order went through, but when we showed up to pick it up, there's a cardboard sign saying "closed due to short staff" you'd think mobile ordering would be turned off or something so people dont get screwed out of money.

Whole restaurant looked very dirty. Food prep stations were unkept, with different veggies laying everywhere. They were out of chicken which was what I went in wanting.I won't be coming back

Went into subway about 1 hour before closing and they were out of tuna, bacon, ham, pickles, olives, and there were more on the list. Last time I tried going in there, they were out of lettuce. COME ON MAN.......DO BETTER!!!!

This location has been less than impressive every time we've gone, but we keep trying since it's close to home. Today we were helped by Olivia and she is the only reason I'm giving this location 5 stars. Every other person we've worked with has been a joke, but not only did Olivia greet us with a warm and welcoming energy, she went above and beyond with her suggestions and help. The food was the best my husband and I have had at this location ever.Olivia deserves a raise, or a promotion, or both. Keep her around and take good care of her. You can't train the type of service and atmosphere she created for us today.Thanks so much Olivia, you're awesome!

On 1-10-23 around 3:45pm I went into the Subway to order 2, foot-long, old-fashioned, Spicy Italians. I looked over the menu while the young man behind the counter did not acknowledge my presence even though the place was empty except for the two of us and he was busy making sandwiches for unseen customers to pick up.I asked him if he was aware of the basic ingredients found in the OLD recipe for the Spicy Italian sandwich. He said: we HAVE spicy Italian sandwiches. And I asked what was on them. He said: pepperoni and salami; I said: No.He heard me, yet kept talking over the top of me extolling the virtues of the sandwiches I had expressed I did NOT want VERY CLEARLY. I walked out in the middle of his crazy, self-absorbed, commercial monologue.This particular subway continually hires the WORST customer service people I have ever encountered. I love Subway sandwiches, but not enough to put up with their terrible customer service. I am not going back.

My wife picked up subway on her way home and they didn’t put one sandwich in the bag and when my wife went back the bread was very crispy like it got left in the toaster to long.

The kid at the counter had to unlock the door @ almost 9AM. He mumble through the ordering. Was not interested in doing anything. Poor customer service. All tables had crumbs, etc on them. Garbage was full. Same as the walmart, in warrenton.

After 2 years I finally decide to give Subway another try and even with zero expectations of quality you still manage to disappoint. Employee had an empty lobby and yet is still somehow so rushed that they made me wait 5 minutes, forgot the answer to every question they asked me, and skimped me on meat/every vegi except olives (which for some reason I was given about 2lbs).I'd ask for my money back but I'm pretty sure it would bankrupt you.

Horrible location. Older lady making the sandwiches was clearly drunk. She was slurring, forgetting instructions/ingredients seconds after asking. Messed up multiple times. We corrected her after the first, but gave up after that due to obvious intoxication. We ordered and paid for the supreme meats and hotshot Italiano but received a regular BMT and spicy itialian. Proportions were off and the whole experience was terrible beginning to end. That lady needs to be fired or this location shut down. Ridiculous
