Walked in with my wife, 7 people waiting. Young lady had no other help to make sandwiches. The lady who was ordering was being difficult and order six sandwiches. The young lady making the sandwiches was as slow as slow can be. She didn't even try to go fast. My wife and I just left after waiting ten minutes. And the deputy behind us left as well. This is the kind of thing that will keep us from coming back. I do like subway, hopefully this is an isolated event.

If I could give a zero I would. Placed a mobile order tonight 1/28/24, when I came in nobody was working and they were on break even though my order said it was ready. I wait 10 mins there just for the guy to come back and scoff that I’m there waiting for him when nobody is on the clock - well of course I was my mobile order was supposed to be ready and it was nowhere to be found. I’m a little annoyed but wait ANOTHER 10 mins for them to make two sandwiches. All is fine, I drive home with the bag stapled shut so don’t realize they forgot my foot long cookie. Have to drive back to get it and they’re extremely rude, I mention they forgot my cookie and she glares at me, makes me repeat myself, and then throws it in. I go to the counter when it’s done and I ask for a business card or for how they can make all of the inconvenience right.. a mobile order is taking 45 mins to pick up at this point. The female pipes up and says they’re allowed to take breaks and they don’t control the mobile app marking things ready so they don’t owe me anything. If they had shown even the smallest amount of customer service I wouldn’t be writing this book, but after all was said and done we could barely eat the sandwiches or even the cookie because their oven isn’t working properly and the cookie was half raw and the meatballs were cold in the middle. They wouldn’t give me their names or any business cards, so here we are! I will be giving my business to the two other local subways!

I’m not sure who was working on 9/23/23 at 11:20 amBut she was snotty and RUDE! She snapped at my daughter because my daughter has a quiet voice. She was too busy flirting with guy ahead of us to even listen when we answered her questions. I’m glad I’m not from around here. This chicks attitude made me want to leave but unfortunately there aren’t many places around here with vegetarian options

I interacted with the manager of this establishment and she was EXTREMELY old, unprofessional, rude, and unwelcoming. I would suggest the owners take into account some actual customer service skills when hiring a manager, and not just the fact that she knows how to make a sandwich. Not only that, but every single time without fail, their bread is hard and stale. I guess I can't expect much from a Walmart Subway...

Management was completely Disrespectful. Had an encounter last night with a tall, skinny, bad tamed, brown haired middle age women. who had claimed to be THE manager of the location. Yelling at a customer is no way to handle a situation. The women talked back I was leaving yikes. TERRIBLE MANAGER WHO DID NOT SMELL NOR LOOK THE CLEANEST.

Bobby Uh oh

Person was on break when i got there. That's fine, but don't they open at 11am? Dark hair chick was kinda rude. Kinda just looked at me.Didn't greet me until i greeted her. Asked if i was door dashing, i said no, so she said i had to wait. Well im on a quick break from work. Shouldnt the customer in front of you take precedence over someone online? With her attitude i really didnt want her touching anything id be eating. Where's the nice lady with the tattoos.12pm 7/13/23

There's rarely anyone there, this time there was someone there but a sign was out saying "on break". Waited 20 minutes, finally ring the bell, girl comes out and says, " sorry, I'm on break for 5 more minutes. You're good to wait, right? Thanks"Never coming here again

Was sold “The Boss” sub with still frozen meatballs, the replacement sub still had frozen meatballs. Was informed this store doesn’t do refunds, but was offered a third, different sub instead. Not sure what to do now that I have been charged for a product I wasn’t provided.

Two problems. The first is the new "Subway Series" menu is nothing more than a marketing ploy with absolutely no merit. The choices at Subway steadily get worse. Corporate seems to think the more you throw into it the better it is. More items, sauces, and high paid jocks don't make a good sandwich. Quality ingredients make a good sandwich but nothing they sell is quality. Looks like they're trying to appeal to people (mostly men and general sports fans) that will buy anything a celebrity jock pushes. The second is the workers. Most have no experience and simply don't have the talent and/or training needed to make sandwiches. That's worrisome because it's really not difficult, especially when moving in slow motion, but they find a way to mess up the order each and every time. This last visit the counterperson got each and everything wrong. No exageration. Even the people before me had issues with the counterperson's inability to follow direction. I had to talk them through every step of making a sandwich I ordered that included 3 ingredients. And they still managed to get it wrong in three ways. But they were friendly. Possibly stoned. A small red head. Without a doubt they had no clue. But again, friendly.I'm tired of the covid excuse. Everything is blamed on covid. Train your employees and sell quality products. Period.I only buy from Subway when I offer food to local homeless people that ask for it. I stopped eating this garbage a long time ago.
