Coffee order was done wrong....ordered a 24 oz with extra espresso shot...received a 16 oz with single espresso shot...was offered coffee beans as a compensation but no refund. Very expensive overall.

Hailey was so great. She seemed as if she's been working there for at least 5 years. I like to get an unusual drink. A watermelon Italian soda with no cream, but whip cream on top. I tried it and asked for an extra pump of watermelon and told her she doesn't have to, but it'd really hit the spot if she poured a little of the drink out and filled it with whip cream beacuse I like to mix the whip cream in. She did it without hesitation. It was so good and appreciated. Very good service. I recommend.

When the coffee is good it's good, but unfortunately there is no consistency. Sometimes there's no flavor at all and sometimes it's just way to sweet (with the same drink order). You can see through the window that some employees eyeball it, some measure carefully, and some measure but let the syrup spill out.
It's sad, but I'll have to stop going and see if they've improved in a few months
This placed rocked! After owning our own bakery & coffee shop we are very picky about our coffee...this spot does it right!! Enjoy! The granita was PERFECT!
