This was our third time that we didn't receive what we had ordered .
This place is disgustingly filthy. I purchased food before I saw how filthy the place is and the workers were super scruffy. One guy went outside to do something and upon his return failed to wash is hands. Yuck! I didn’t eat the food I bought.
Love the place, but often gets order wrong. Would recommend, but don't rely on.
This place is hit and miss. You have to use their stupid kiosks, which I hate, but one of their two crews is fantastic and makes up for that. The other crew is just terrible. I have walked out without food more than once.
We ordered a burger 🍔 and French Fries. I ordered a large Fry and got less than half a fry box. My husband had to order 3 times and still had to do the order over for a fourth time because they had no clue as to what was going on. This was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!! We made sure for the rest of our week long vacation that we went to eat at other places since this Wendy's was so terrible.
There is no staff in the kiosk and when you ask for a staff it takes more than 10 minutes for someone to come and help. At least McDonalds you can scan your rewards points and offers.
This experience was 5/30/25 at around 6:50pm
Upon ordering a Salad meal, which comes with fries I asked if I could have Honey Barbecue sauce. I had a brain lagged moment because I couldn’t figure out what sauce i was trying to say, which should have been honey mustard. Regardless, the male taking my order said it would be a $1 extra. My response was repeating basically what he said in a question like way. Because a dollar for sauce, even though it wasn’t even the original sauce I was trying to make come to my mind, isn’t reasonable (in my opinion). I said no to the sauce at that point. Went to the first window to pay. Went to the second window to receive my order. The male that took my order was talking down about me over not wanting to pay $1 extra for some sauce. Upon my order being handed to me I said something to him. Something along the lines of “I don’t know who took my order but it’s not okay to talk bad about a customer when they can hear you”. He admitted that it was him, and did apologize.
My points are this:
1. People I work with at Camp Rilea come here often for lunch. I will certainly be sharing with them how unpleasant and unprofessional this establishment is.
2. If you’re going to talk down on a customer let alone anyone in life, either say it with your whole chest. Or do it out the way where that individual doesn’t have to hear you.
3. The apology is honestly worthless because it shouldn’t have happened period. And it also wasn’t genuine, he apologized for being called out and embarrassed.
4. Not wanting to pay $1 extra for some sauce on a little $13 meal has absolutely nothing to do with me being broke and everything to do with my opinion on $1 extra not being reasonable.
I respect food service workers. I respect people in general. What was said in ears reach about me not only was rude and unnecessary as I am a paying customer regardless. It absolutely shows more about the character of that individual, the kind of environment this establishment wants to create, and the type of professionalism they do not have.
Average Wendy's, good food.

I first used the restroom, toilet seat covered in pee. I let the gal know. Then I walked out and was looking around. It has been years since I've been in a Wendy's. The same gal started yelling Mam, Mam, I can take your order. I wasn't in line just looking at the decor, etc. She then told me to look at her while she talks to me! I have adhd/autism. I was overstimulated by the lights and noise. Young people working using the f word, etc. Eye contact takes trust for me. I nicely asked for a patty for my dog. She wanted the weight & breed. Strange. Then I asked for two deluxe burgers. She went through every menu option. Drinks, desert, etc. I will not be back again. There's a lot of us on the spectrum, teach your staff manners and to be kind! Sad.

We love the food and friendly staff but unfortunately this location has never been clean when we're there. We do frequent this location often, and each time, there are homeless in the corner seat's charging phones. We even seen a Marijuana pipe on their tables. It's not usually the same homeless person. The tables are always filthy. I hope they use this review to clean up. We will be back for the friendly staff and tasty food. I would like a clean place to sit and eat ?

Had to use kiosk to order. HATE using kiosks.
Disappointing, again. Waited over 20 minutes for burgers, when we got them they were cold. Same thing happened last time we gave this place a try, several months ago. And almost $10 a burger... Won't be back.
