over the years I've gotten into the habit of getting a baconator breakfast now and then; it was getting worse all the time; but what killed my desire to ever go back was getting a hamburger; it was so bad i returned it to the counter; told the guy it was inedible; he's response was showing me where the garbage can was ! So : ENOUGH OF THAT !

This was the single worse meal we have received from this Wendy's. We both ordered Big Bacon Classic because we like the fresh veggies. There was zero lettuce on either of our burgers.....they were cold...and had so much mayo they gushed out of the wrapper and got all over us and the car...also the buns and wrappers dissolved from it....the fries were cold as well.....will be a long time before we return to this location!

I will never go back here. This place is disgusting. We went in about 8:30 am. First of all the music was so loud I asked if they would please turn it down and they did. Most of the tables were not clean. The floors were filthy with debris everywhere. The food was ok. After eating I went to the bathroom to wash up. No toilet protectors and no paper towels. I told them. They said the maintenance person hadn't gotten to it yet. Isn't that kind of stuff supposed to be done before opening? 🤢
