Always they get my order wrong. Even though this is one of our choices to eat will stay away in the future. You pay alot of money these days for screw
You walk in and order at a kiosk, there was no personalized service, no smiling "Welcome to Taco Bell". The restaurant is dark and the music playing was annoying. Food was cold and no where near temp. I got the cheesy rice and bean burrito. I got a clump of beans then a clump of rice with some some cheese that wasn't melted in any way shape or form. Also got crunchy tacos that had wilted lettuce. My Cinnabon bites were overcooked so hard the cream cheese filling was non existent and cold and greasy. My husband ordered the steak quesadillas with extra meat. It did not have extra meat and it was room temp. His crunch wrap supreme, again tepid temperatures. We should have taken it back and requested hot food but we were hungry and ate it anyway. We really shouldn't have, we are both paying for it now. No one looked happy to be there.
If I'm going to pay 10 - 15 dollars for a meal, I will need a human being to take my order, show me some respect and then serve my food. Perhaps Taco Bell aught not to be even in business at all.
Our order took 15 minutes for them to make. There was only one other customer in the store. It is dimly lit and we weren't greeted or acknowledged at all until they gave us the food we order in the kiosk.
I got 2 crunchy tacos and a Fiesta potato bowl. The potatoes were old and hard. The tacos were COVERED in grease and I could still tell the shells were old and stale. The meat was gross. I took 2 bites of each item and gave up and threw it away. First and last time I ever stop here. Extremely disappointed. Do better Taco Bell.
Placed an order in drive through and cashier said they could not swap beans for beef without an up charge. I’ve been to many Taco Bell’s and have not been charged to swap beans for beef. Told this to cashier and she said it’s not possible to swap without a charge. Ok.?! Cashier told us our total price. Pulled forward to pay for food and they had cancelled our order. Went in to make purchase and was able to swap beans for beef without an up charge on the kiosk. Waited inside another 30 minutes for food! Frustrating!!! Poor customer service experience.
The food wasn't very fresh but it was later in the evening. As much as I would love to accept that as a reason for the lower quality food, I can't honestly say it not that acceptable. But I'll give it another try.Not every experience good or bad will lead to a good or bad one the next time.I'm sure on rare occasions it's just a miserable place every time but, life would be too limited if everything recieved just one chance
Food was okay, quick drive through. Watched them bag a Crunchwrap right on the non sterilized surface. Also don’t ask for a side of sour cream, because in my opinion, .50 is not worth a “dollop” which was literally just the bottom of their sauce container covered a very thin layer.
If you go in this establishment, not only must you order at a kiosk, but if you try to talk to any employee, they either ignore you, or are very rude. In the drive through, you will wait forever. When they finally come on to the intercom, they will say" i will be with you in 1 minute". We waited 8 minutes before saying "hello" and then they asked for the order 1 minute later. I actually called after waiting 9 minutes and asked if they were taking orders through the drivethrough, and the gentleman said " yes" I told them I had been waiting so long, and he said they were taking the orders of the 1 car in front of me....who was clearly irate because no one was taking his order. Then I had to argue with them to take the extra drink that I did not order off of my bill. ?♀️ unfortunately....this has also happened 2x before this...I only went through the drivethrough because we dont need someone being soo disrespectful and mean because I ask for a straw.
There was 1 very nice manager and 1 other very nice gal working when we came though! They were VERY BUSY, but VERY efficient! My husband got a Nachoes Bell Grande and his 3 Crunchie Tacos and he said it was the BEST HES EVER HAD AT A TACO BELL!!! THANK YOU that regardless of how busy you are and how short staffed you are, you made an OUTSTANDING LUNCH. I heard the manager say she had 3 people quit yesterday because she wanted them to WORK, such a shame that it truly is hard to get people to want to work anymore!! HATS OFF TO THESE 2 LADIES WHO WERE WORKING THEIR BUTTS OFF AND DOING AN EXCELLANT JOB ON THE FOOD QUALITY!!

We apologize, due to staffing issues your drive thru is closed.. but I saw an employee in a taco bell uniform smoking something ,and playing withe her phone, out around the back side of the T A building ,and another, employee dressed the same , in her car , right across from the drive thru window, smoking and whatever. And don't forget, the Tim it took to explain this inconvenience to my wife, who is ♿, and had to park, walk inside and receive rhe order. seems as though the staffing issue is employing people who will work for their paycheck.
For sure under staffed took about 20 mins from ordering to delivery 3 stars for missing 1 item asked to get that item the young man said right away and less than 2 mins I had a full order. Give this young man a manager spot he has great customer service skills and is fast. I honestly don't think this location needs a drive up window not enough staff to do that and make the orders. Other than that not bad of a job
This place is a joke. First off this is not against the employees as tjey are friendly and doing the best they can. The employees are not setup for success. No one to take orders at the counter or drive thru. Forced to go inside and order off of a kiosk even if a mobile order. Kiosk has no way to redeem gift cards that are attached to the Taco Bell app so you're gonna sit and wait till someone working in the back can cut loose and get up to the counter. Taco Bell better come up with ways to hire someone in this post covid world where people just don't want to work, people aren't willing to put up with this many times. (Already been turned away at 11:04 in the morning saying they don't open until 11 because of staffing ?)
This place is hit and miss. My last order of soft chicken tacos were all lettuce and sour cream with maybe 2 pieces of chicken. I was not pleased. I doubt that I will order from here again, which is a shame as the location is close to home.
23 minutes from ordering to getting my food. At the 18 minute mark I was informed the cantina chicken was "sold out" (they evidently had backwards signs that couldn't be seen indicating this.
