Filthy dirty, inefficient, unfriendly. You can see food and garbage all over the kitchen floor. They seem yo be prioritizing the drive thru but not doing well there either

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Super slow service. Forgot to give drink cups. Cold food. 2 tomatoes on my chalupa. Burnt taco and hard soft shell, literally stale from sitting out. My girlfriend ordered a beefy 5 layer and it’s cold and she added rice to it and there’s no rice. Took 5 minutes to get someone’s attention to get our drink cups. Get more workers and train them. Should also add that this happened while nobody was ordering anything inside or drive through. Soda machine also is low on syrup.

Do not order inside at this location. I had to wait 30 minutes for my food after using a kiosk. I watched maybe 10 cars go through the drive-thru.
This is a truck stop Taco Bell. The customers here are going somewhere. I'm sure they'd like to get there in a reasonable amount of time. I'm equally sure they would rather not waste 30+ minutes waiting for their food. Taco Bell is fast food. That's the expectation. The owner of this franchise is letting the brand down.

This Taco Bell is at a truck stop. Our dog and we were suffering in the heat while our order took 30 minutes. There are kiosks but nobody to even complain to. We just want to say nevermind and goodbye, but there is nobody to even talk to in order to get our money back. If they can't fill orders, they should turn off kiosk ordering. The drive through is moving okay so clearly they get priority.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would—just like the amount of flavor in their tacos. I’ve had more excitement chewing cardboard. And the service? Let’s just say if there was a competition for who could ignore customers the longest, they’d win gold.
I watched a tumbleweed roll by before anyone even acknowledged I existed. I’m pretty sure the guac had commitment issues because it ghosted the taco completely. Honestly, I left more emotionally damaged than full.
Do yourself a favor—if you’re hungry, eat literally anywhere else. Or just lick a sidewalk. Same taste, faster service.

I don't know if I am allowed to do this, but I am gonna shed some light on this place. I work at this location, and we are severely understaffed. We are working to get new hires, and these things take time as we have only been open for about a month. There are still many things even I personally need to learn. But me and my crew and I try our hardest to get everyone's order out in time and corrently. Yes, the machines can be weird sometimes, but we are all more than willing to help if you need assistance. All of these bad reviews are valid in their feelings, but half of the workers here are not long-term veteran Taco Bell workers. We are growing with the store, and I hope these people would be willing to give us another chance as we are still growing as a crew and a location. Sorry for the long rant.

Gotta love lettuce tacos after a long wait - ordered at the kiosk and a faceless person in back put a sample of chicken in each taco - after 10 min at the counter waiting for someone to come up and help make it right, I gave up. I won’t be back
