You walk in and order at a kiosk, there was no personalized service, no smiling "Welcome to Taco Bell". The restaurant is dark and the music playing was annoying. Food was cold and no where near temp. I got the cheesy rice and bean burrito. I got a clump of beans then a clump of rice with some some cheese that wasn't melted in any way shape or form. Also got crunchy tacos that had wilted lettuce. My Cinnabon bites were overcooked so hard the cream cheese filling...
Our order took 15 minutes for them to make. There was only one other customer in the store. It is dimly lit and we weren't greeted or acknowledged at all until they gave us the food we order in the kiosk.
The food wasn't very fresh but it was later in the evening. As much as I would love to accept that as a reason for the lower quality food, I can't honestly say it not that acceptable. But I'll give it another try.Not every experience good or bad will lead to a good or bad one the next time.I'm sure on rare occasions it's just a miserable place every time but, life would be too limited if everything recieved just one chance
