Billagios has pissed me off soooooo many times with forgetting paramizan and peppers. But. Honestly their quality and consistency pizza wise is. Unparalleled. If you like it. You'll get it again 9 outa 10 times And thats substantial. Fast forward. Now the quality sucks You have to beg them to get the order tight and the tiny 3.50 saliva are 5.25. Not worth it. There's plenty other pizza places for a $30 dollar large pepperoni

We called in an order. They said 30 minutes. Cool. That’s normal, right? So we get there 40 minutes after we called in the order. They hadn’t even started making it yet! WTAF? When I said I was there to pick up my pizza, they told me it was going be another 20 minutes. Bellagio's is not that good already. You want me to watch you MEASURE each ingredient while I WAIT another 20 minutes? No way. Not now. Not ever.

West Linn location is our go-to for pickup, even though it's not our closest. Consistently good pizza. I just call and ask for my usual-their system tracks your previous order by phone number.

REVISED review: Krista the GM called me, & apologized & issued me the refund. I very much appreciate this because like I said, the food is good. Very satisfied with the level of customer service! Original review: The pizza is good. My complaint is when they get something wrong when placing an order online They do nothing to correct it. I placed an order that included a salad with a few extras like chicken requested. When I got the order, it had none of the add ons I had ordered, even though I had to pay extra for the chicken. The person that answered the phone said they would either send me one or refund me. I did not feel Like I needed them to send me a whole other side salad (Even though I was very disappointed since this was my dinner) So I opted for a refund. I never actually got the refund. Beware if you have any problems, they won’t help

They are mainly set for pickup and delivery. Not very inviting to sit in the restaurant. Pizza was good though and the people were nice.
Ordered a large spinach salad and a vegi grinder. The LG salad was very large and delicious. ? The vegi grinder was good and hot.

We three ordered a three item pizza this afternoon from Bellagio's in West Linn. Seriously, it was just awful. I was thinking it was a bad tasting pizza when one of my family members said, "yuk", and our neighbor who was sharing it with us said, "it tastes like an Amazon delivery box with sauce and cheese, only not quite as good." Surprisingly bad...being from the midwest and fond of "real" Chicago pizza, the original thick crusted wonder from the city itself, we have always tempered our expectations for west coast pizza and usually find it very tasty but this was truly, well, I can't say it any better than, "YUK".
