Bugatti's has always been a favorite. The atmosphere, service & extensive menu are the reasons we continue to choose this local restaurant. Our party of four experienced tasty entrees & perfect service with a smile. A great meal ended with the staff being very gracious when we were the last customers to leave the restaurant & didn't rush us out the door!
We were really disappointed in the service at Bugatti's. The server only came to our table once until the bill. The food was mediocre and overpriced. We won't be going back.

Wait times before our drinks and between courses was longer than normal, and the food, when served showed signs of sitting under a heat lamp for too long (eg pasta sauce was congealed at the edges. ) I was bit disappointed, particularly for a meal that totaled just north of $55 per person.

I dined with my husband and friends who are vegetarian. I have a gluten intolerance which can be a big issue. The menu offered something for everyone. Meals were good size and we ended up taking part of ours home! Absolutely great food and a very attentive waiter! I'd go again for sure! There was a small confusion about Happy Hour: apparently HH only applies if you eat in the bar.

Great service, delicious food! Great ambience. Tables are far enough apart that you don't hear conversation from other guests. It's our go-to restaurant for date night or even just a quick bite.

We wanted to love Bugatti's, really. We planned ahead and made a reservation for date night. The restaurant itself was great--good atmosphere, nice decor, comfortable seating. We enjoyed the service we received--very friendly and attentive. We ordered some Italian sodas and a mocktail and were happy with both. We each had a cup of the clam chowder for an appetizer--some of the best we've had. Even the bread of the table was great! Unfortunately, our good experience with the food ended when our entrees arrived. We ordered the lasagna and the cacio e pepe with grilled chicken. Both dishes featured noodles that were terribly overcooked--much too soft. The lasagna was one gluey, albeit tasty, mass, with overcooked noodles and layers of cheese forming one glob. The cacio e pepe was nearly inedible, with flavorless, overcooked chicken and sticky, overly-soft noodles. Given that both dishes were prepared terribly, we didn't think it would be productive to complain to our waiter and request another dish. Unfortunately for Bugatti's, we will not be returning due to the entrees. Otherwise, very nice restaurant.

We met friends there for dinner. Food was wonderful and the wait staff was superb. Both of us love Bugatti's and they did not disappoint us at all this time! We will definitely be dining there again!

My husband took me for my birthday and we sat in the bar where the bartender, Henry, was friendly and personable and offered good service. The wait staff were all impressive, smiling, hustling, energetic and pleasant but no one so pleasant, attentive and efficient as Nathaniel. He would not let my glass go unfilled and I appreciated his dedication to patron care and experience.The one person that made us exceedingly uncomfortable and seemed to have that effect on everyone in the restaurant was a short tempered fellow with ill fitting pants who screeched at the wait staff repeatedly and made everyone cringe with awkward discomfort. We were advised that he was a consultant but he was counter-productive, stopped and stood in the waiter's way, expecting them to skirt around him while they hustled to care for guests. We hated seeing the staff yelled at and berated in front of each other and patrons. It was so uncomfortable. It's hard to enjoy a good (& expensive) meal while someone is yelling at people in the middle of a busy restaurant.That aside, the food was fabulous! I've never had such tender pasta and bursts of flavors with impeccable house reds. We probably will go back but will not sit idly by again under those circumstances again, no matter how good the food is. That just made everyone miserable and it was not an enjoyable experience because of one angry little man.Parking: Main parking lot required patrons to back out onto a busy street during rush hour traffic, in this particular case.

Screeching baby, three feet away, but that happens. The food was good. Calamari was a bit slow coming, not over cooked but a bit more greasy than most places. Sauces for the food were a bit heavy handed, but not horrible. Pasta was better. Drinks were very flavorful, lighter on the alcohol than most places, but that's not bad, depending on what you want. Tiny parking lot.
