The last two times I’ve gotten cookies from this place my box is so messy and looked like someone opened it and touched my cookie and the touched my box. But then when I open my box my cookies are fine so it couldn’t have been my driver so I hope it wasn’t my driver. But my box has been sticky and have crumbs on it and finger prints.

Employees at the West Linn location are always working fast but maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor. The cookies can be underwhelming but I find myself returning, time and time again.

The employees are always so friendly and sweet. I always just order with them rather than using the self-service kiosks because often times the kiosks show a cookie as sold out but there is a batch getting ready to come out of the oven and they are ALWAYS worth a 10-15min wait. I prefer cookies over any other dessert confection and Crumbl cookies are untouchable. They are always fantastic but the cornbread, snickerdoodle, and peanut butter stuffed & topped with peanut butter are our absolute favorites.
