This was probably the grossest five guys we’ve ever been. They weren’t super busy, but every table was dirty, the bathrooms were disgusting and I had to use my foot to kick the toilet seat down because there was no way I’d touch it. I hovered using the bathroom. The restaurant floors were dirty, the soda machine was sticky and covered in a variety of sodas. Not sure if they were short staffed or just got hit by a lunch rush, we won’t stop by this location again.
Worst Five Guys ever. I got there at 5:15 and placed my order. A burger, shake, and fries. There were 3 people working 2 people in front of me waiting for food and nobody behind me. I stood there and waited the 2 people in front of me got there food. 40 minutes later I asked how much longer it was gonna be and he said 10 minutes. I watched and realized they hadn't even started my order. When I ask for refund the manager didn't even know what she was doing. It took her 10 minutes to refund my money. I will never go back to that one.
Love the burgers here. Arrived at 9:40, they were cleaning up, there were people eating burgers in the restaurant but I was told they were out of patties. Hard to believe when I see them cleaning the grill early. Thanks for missing dinner after I talked up these burgers to my visiting family…

The burgers and fries at this place consistently impress me. Although I live closer to the Tualatin location, I prefer coming here because it offers a superior experience. Specifically, they prepare the food faster, and it simply tastes better. I have a particular fondness for their fries, which I believe rank among the best in the fast-food realm, even when compared to establishments like Five Guys. Admittedly, Five Guys is on the pricey side, but I believe the quality justifies the cost. If you're after low-quality fare, you might as well go to McDonald's for sawdust and beef parts. But if you're seeking top-notch ingredients, this is the place to be.The service at this location is solid. They consistently provide speedy and polite service. However, I must mention that the ambiance leaves something to be desired. The seating isn't comfortable, and they tend to keep the air conditioner cranked down to a chilly 60 degrees. That's why I usually opt for takeout. When the craving for a burger and fries hits, though, this is my go-to spot.

Mcdonald's does better. This isn't the first time the burgers look like this either. It's very evident the people there do not care about quality at all.
My four year old grandson and I shared a delicious strawberry milkshake and free peanuts at five guys.

We got there 5:00 p.m. there's no one eating thereI tried to put my straw wrapper in the trash and when I did sacks fell out the floor was covered with peanut schells and other items worst of all the hamburger,and the fries were unsalted,and bland with fries blackened and hard on the endI am very disappointed
