We visit this McMenamins location 4-5 times a week. WHY is Herbal #7 featured on the SPECIALS MENU when it's been OUT OF STOCK for at least 5 weeks?!
We vacationed in Sunriver recently, and McMenamins St. Francis was also out of Herbal #7. There's none at the Wilsonville location. BUT there's plenty at Edgefield, including the Gift Ship. I know, because I had a pedicure at Ruby's EdgefieId today and searched the for Herbal #7.

First time ordering at this place and ordered a salad then found a dead ladybug inside of it after already eating half of it. Absolutely disgusting. My mom also found a wrapper still on her cheese when opening her sandwich.

A small restaurant however very pleasant neighborhood place to have a meal with friends
We recently dined in at this location and we were all blown away by the service, food and atmosphere. Zack was our waiter and he was very attentive and friendly. The entire staff was incredibly accommodating to our large party and small kids. The food came out quickly, even on a busy evening and everything was delicious. Really fun, lively environment! Melissa the manager was friendly and clearly has a great team working there. All around, just really happy with our recent experience and we'll be back!

Rude…. The only server clearly doesn’t want to be there. Embarrassing. Been to this location many times, each time the service seems to get worse. Food is mid.

The staff was extremely rude and ignored us even when we tried raising our hands or waving to them rather than speaking up to be courteous to other customers. Ordered drinks that never arrived while staff routinely services other tables. Will not be returning.
