So UNIMPRESSED with this location. We have been long time Round Table West Linn supporters and we will NEVER go back. We placed a online order over 7 WEEKS ago and arrived to pick our dinner up and the place was locked. They certainly took our payment though. We called, no answer. We never received our pizza order that night. I continued to call every day that week and no answer. Finally got someone on the phone 5 days later and they said "they refunded the money on their end." A week later I checked my bank statement and it wasn't refunded. I called again and they said "there wasn't anything they could do on their end because they voided the transaction and I needed to take it up with my bank." I asked to talk to the manager as I had already wasted a lot of time dealing with this and it wasn't my fault that they just took my payment but were closed.The so called manager said he would send me a gift card for the amount, which I agreed to. Here we are 6 weeks later and I am out $61for pizza I never got and never received the gift card in the mail like he said. The manager I spoke to was rude and acted like he could care less. Horrible service and we will NEVER BE BACK. Beware of this location, go to the one on Mcloughlin they are AWESOME.

Ordered an XL and a L pizza to go… on a slow night… with practically no foot traffic… when their website was down. The order was (seemingly) made but nowhere to be found when I showed up to get it. The order was re-created (except the XL could no longer be made) and we accepted an additional 30 minute wait, during which a few placative apologies were made and 10% off our next order was given, which (boldly) assumes another order.Round Table used to be so good…Update 2 hours later: The service was just as reported but damn was the pizza good.

I placed an order online and when I showed up it said it was closed..at 4 due to no staff..I said I placed my order an hr ago and she said she refunded me. I asked why I didn't get a call, she had no excuse. I waited 1 hr and drove there to find no food. This place is unprofessional

Says they're open till 10pm. They changed their hours to 8PM. NOW THEY DON'T EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE. Ridiculous. This is how most businesses fail. The owners expect their employees to put more into their businesses then they are willing. Good luck in your future endeavors.

This is no reflection of the employees as they were trying their best. The pizza is awesome and the employees work their tails off. I had ordered a pizza for delivery and it was 45 minutes late. They are so short staffed they outsource delivery to door dash. I received no delivery updates, and no one picked up the phone after several tried. I decided to drive in to see what was going on..there were several people waiting, including the door dash driver who was supposed to pick up my order. There were only two employees, and they were working really hard, and one was on the verge of tears. At one point, they were so busy that they could not get to the pizza coming through the oven conveyor, so it just fell on the floor. Whoever is in charge of the staffing really needs to remedy this for the sake of the employees.

The owners and upper management really need to step up here and do better! The few employees that work here are over worked and stressed out. I feel sorry for them. It takes an hour and a half to get a pizza at this location and they are constantly running out of ingredients. As of lately, no one will even answer the phone because they don't have enough help. I will not return until the owners and/or upper management steps up and makes this place better for the customers and the employees!

I miss when this place was good and had fun vibes with good music. If you look into the kitchen it’s so dilapidated. The employees seem confused and are disorganized. For the past year (2021-2022) every time I order a pizza the pizza is late and cold. The last time I was in, the customer that was ahead of me was frustrated that her pizza was taking so long and she went back to her car out of frustration. I overheard the manager tell the employee not to say that they made the wrong pizza and came up with some excuse. I actually thought the truth was better than the excuse! Mistakes happen right!? I just think this place needs a remodel and a good manager. If someone knows if this happens please comment!! I won’t go back until things change for the better.

I recently started ordering from this location and each time I spoke with the employees, they all have been extremely welcoming and polite. I appreciate the manager for taking the time to discuss catering options with me, she was really knowledgeable and provided space for me to ask all the questions I had. Time for an upgrade Round Table. The inside of your store has looked the same for the last... Forever! Lastly, disappointed in the salad bar... Don't do it. Otherwise, love their pizza.

Got the mini pepperoni pizza and it was such a disappointment. The pizza barely had any pepperoni, was soggy and the stuffed crust tasted awful. Honestly, go somewhere else. It’s not cheap and you are not getting what you paid for

This review is specifically for the Willamette Drive location.The HVAC system for this restaurant is not working, so it was very cold inside. From what I could tell it has been broken for a while. They had some portable heaters in use, but they were all pointed towards the employees. There were no provisions to provide any heat for customers.Our pizzas were not very hot when they came to us and had obviously been sitting around cooling for a while. Hard to explain this since we were the only on-site customers, and they were well staffed at the time.One member of our party received a meat pizza instead of the vegetarian pizza they orderedI repeatedly requested that my pizza be well-done, but it came out cooked the same as the other two pizzas. Also, there were large sections of my pizza that did not have any sauce, cheese or toppings.I will not be returning to this location.

I lived in west linn, raised my children here and we loved round table pizza had many school outings here then my kids graduated and I moved away for many years and moved back to be near my grandchildren being raised in west linn still love their pizza but it is so cold in your restaurant we can’t sit and visit and enjoy the pizza like we use to. I have to get it to go that is how cold your restaurant is so it has not been a very positive adventure for my grandchildren and I. I really hope you get this fixed so we can start enjoying spending time at round table pizza again!

I live in the historic district area, just 2.5 miles away from this round table. I was told that they could not deliver the pizza to me because it was over 4 miles away. This is not a good situation and just thoughtless. The manager is making bad calls, and there is no help to the locals that live close by.
