Hi, I have been a customer at this location for years. I know that there is a lot of foot traffic and people here daily, but I have noticed lately that the place just looks overall dirty. Floors need mopping, tables have crumbs on them, napkins not filled, bases of tables looked dirty. You all charge quite a bit for your coffee. You need to spend some time cleaning your coffee shop. Not sure if there is new management?? not managing, but please do a little better cleaning. Mop your floors!!

Music so loud you can't beat each other talk. What happened to it being a coffee shop? It would be nice to have a conversation without having to ask each other to repeat everything.
We often go to this Starbucks. At times the music is so loud that we can't hear each other speaking. We have asked for the music to be turned down in the past and it is not usually an issue(not to mention we are not the only ones who ask for the music to be turned down we have heard others ask as well) this particular day Marissa told us it doesn't go down any further(which is a lie as they have done it in the past no problem) she told us we could change where we are sitting if we didn't like it. RUDE WHO DOES THAT. Plus it's a coffee shop where people go to enjoy coffee and conversation not night club!
