Hi, I have been a customer at this location for years. I know that there is a lot of foot traffic and people here daily, but I have noticed lately that the place just looks overall dirty. Floors need mopping, tables have crumbs on them, napkins not filled, bases of tables looked dirty. You all charge quite a bit for your coffee. You need to spend some time cleaning your coffee shop. Not sure if there is new management?? not managing, but please do a little better cleaning. Mop...
Very friendly and usually fast. This morning g there was a rush and my drink was missed but they gave me a card for a free drink to make up for it. Much better coffee and service than the one just around the corner in the Safeway.
This is a great Starbucks. Everyone's nice, and courteous. Location is well set in a comfortable lounge area. There are plenty of areas to do some work with good plug coverage.
