I ordered 6 sandwiches and a pretzel for pick up tonight. 4 of the sandwiches were either wrong (things I payed for missing) or not there at all. The pretzel was rock hard and not able to be eaten. Whatever the stuff they call cheese was had chunks in it. Very disappointing.

Store is operated by incompetent children. I would not trust them to handle my food. The manager with the blonde hair is rude and unhelpful.
We waited 20 minutes just to order. 3 employees all working on a to go. Massive line and I don't get that all employees were working on to go orders.

I normally go to this subway all the time! Normally pretty great but I had the worst service of my life at subway! I was served by “ Alex “ they were very rude and made my sandwich with bad lettuce and tomato’s and cucumbers. My sandwich was also so poorly cut and folded everything fell out of it soon as I opened it! Was just unhappy with my service that day. I’ve had another bad experience with this worker I got a cookie for a friend and very clearly asked for a whistle chocolate chip and they gave me the wrong one and was just rude the entire time!

Three young girls working, and they couldn't focus on their job, too worried about other things going on...to make a long story. Apparently they need adult supervision.Also they were out of wheat and cheese.

This location has a serious fly problem. Lost my appetite.The store has some kind of cover over the meat so that customers can't see what they are ordering, forcing customers to order off the menu instead of making a custom Sandwich costing you about $10 more than you would if you had just ordered yourself. Good grief.

The girl that was working 10/19/24 at 5pm was one of the rudest people ive ever talked to. Clearly irritated that i wanted a sammich and apparantly angry she had to make it for me. And she treated all the other customers the same, all while berating her coworker in front of everybody.
It's just a little weird in there.
