Nice and quiet service is a little on the slow side. The food was great. I had the hamburger with fries and the fries were delicious, tastey and a little crunch which was perfect! Nicely decorated with friendly service. We found that the types of juices were not listed and apparently our waitress didn't know that either.
Go for pie! Restaurant with small store of Knick knacks and fresh goods. If we were staying close by, would have bought some of the frozen/refrigerated baked goods. Diner food is nothing special. The pie was fantastic!
We come here every year after our family camping trip to Astoria. Usually with 10 + people. I don't like to complain about service because our family can be... a lot, they ask questions about the food and request things like extra hot fries, but right as I was seated the waitress was already stressed about the size of our group and that she had a lot of other tables.
