I don't review restaurants on yelp but I had to with Rice & Shine. Their food was so incredibly good. The service was top notch with a sweet couple running the truck. The string light ambiance while my wife and played cribbage at the picnic tables was all we wanted that evening. Would definitely recommend this place for a healthy & satisfying meal. Will be coming back.

We were thrilled to find something that was healthy and delicious! The food is so good and fresh! We aren't staying in the town of wheeler but we'll make the short drive for the next 2 days to eat here!

Sweet little food truck on the oregon coast right off 101 in wheeler. Great Korean inspired tacos. Very flavorful air fried cauliflower tossed in an awesome Gochujang bbq sauce, topped with a light, fresh, and flavorful slaw. First time stopping in and I'll definitely be back. Ran by super friendly locals! Picnic tables out front or you can eat in the park right there looking at the bay.

My wife and I drove all the way from Tillamook to give this food cart a try. They are open until 2:00pm before a two hour shut down for the evening shift at 4:00pm. We arrived at 1:40. We were rudely turned away even after we shared how far we had come to enjoy. The woman said she was cooking up several orders of which would take her up until 2:00pm...and then she would be closed. We suggested they should not post hours of open operation to 2:00pm, but suggested they post hours to 1:30pm. Very misleading. She went on to lecture us as to that is how food trucks operate. So rude.

This place is a true gem of the Oregon coast, we tried the tacos, fried rice and Buddha bowl. Everything was phenomenal the tofu was truly amazing the way it was grilled. I would highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a quick meal that you will remember.

A friendly, fresh, and authentic gluten free food truck. Every ingredient is clean and prepared safely- a safe place for people with food allergies such as Celiac. We ordered the Shrimp Fried Rice, Rainbow Buddha Bowl, and chicken tacos, and each meal was incredibly tasty. Each dish had a wide variety of vegetables along with the protein choice but it was portioned so well that every bite introduced every taste. Their sauce was a huge flavor boost too. Their cheesecake is made from scratch every Monday, and they even kept it cold for us while we ate.Seating was simplistic with two benches but it's a very calm area with a view of the river. We bought tacos to go, this place was great. Best of luck to those running the place. They are very hardworking and have much passion in what they make!

It's always hard to find places to eat that are gluten free, and delicious gluten free places are even harder. This place was amazing! The food is delicious, great flavor, and great portion sizes! We go to cannon beach every year and we will definitely be coming back to rice and shine!

The food was incredibly delicious - the Peanut sauce is creamy and just a little bit spicy and it highlights the veggies without overpowering them. Service was quick and the staff was friendly.
