terrible service, guy taking my order over the phone right away was smatassey and rude, delivery guy was not better, food took 1-2 hours and got delivered cold like it sat there for a while.

Had a birthday party there. They have no party type specials. Had 35-40 people show up, had to buy individual drinks... ridiculous! Couldn't bring in any drinks. Probably won't have a birthday party there again !

Abby’s your pizza is still great, but your prices and your portions are absolutely ridiculous. 30 bucks for a large that looks like a small medium. Come on. Never again!!!

When I called them and asked them about their gluten-free crust they he said no worries. We have at least 10 of them in the freezer.When I told them that we were coming with a large group, he said don't worry, there's two areas you can reserve for a large group,When I forgot to call back and make a reservation and we actually showed up and there were close to 40 of us. They called in two extra workers who must have lived very close because we had about 30 different orders and they filled them all within 45 minutes and not all the orders were made right at once they trickled in. The staff there went out of their way to make our celebration a happy and stress-free one. We told them that we needed to be somewhere else by 7:00 and they made sure that we were all cashed out and ready to go by 6:30.The other thing that was quite extraordinary is that I called and ordered a few pizzas about a half an hour before our arrival time because I didn't know how many people were going to be there and I knew there would be some hungry people so when I got there they asked if I wanted to just leave my tab open because I wasn't sure if I was going to be ordering anything else and I actually did order a few other things and paid before I left.The other thing that was amazing about Abby's legendary pizza was that they accidentally burned my gluten-free pizza. When I showed them that they had burnt my pizza, they quickly made it right.We will definitely go back again.
The pizza is alright, but they took away 2 of their mainstays; the awesome salad bar they used to have as well as the all-you-can-eat bar. Now, this place just has a ho-hum kind of customer service as well. When a restaurant gets apathetic towards their product and their customers, it is time for either a change for the better or go out of business. At this rate, Abby's can shutter their doors...this place just sucks when compared to their competition.
