To go order took over an hour. They probably forgot about us for a while.
Pizza was lacking in flavor, honestly tasted worse than a frozen pizza
Cheese plate was pretty good
Drinks were alright
Cheesecake was amazing
Location is nice for people visiting crater lake national park but I’d recommend the lodge, service was phenomenal

I guess I’d eat it if I was starving
So friendly and helpful
They opened up for the winter due to the Rim being closed.
I had the best cup of soup and a hot sandwich 🥪
Went snow shoeing and enjoyed the area.
Was very good
We just showed the gift shop, so I can't talk about the food, but I did hear people having to pre-order before they sat down. Nice clean bathrooms in a nicely stocked gift shop with free wifi.

We had the hamburger with fryes and the chicken sandwich with tater tots.
We enjoyed our lunch it is more like cafeteria style.

DO NOT EAT HERE! After ordering at the counter, we surveyed the dining to find that though only 4 tables were occupied, NONE were clean! We decided on a table that had a line of sight to the food "window". I went to said window and helped myself to a not-so-clean wet towel so I could wipe down our table. When our pizza was placed in the window, we watched it to make sure it didn't sit there for too long....
It did! So I paid another visit to the window & grabbed the pizza and plates so we could eat our dinner...
Not once did we see a manager or anyone resembling a person in a position of responsibility!
The worst experience I've had I a LONG time!

Order at the counter then have a seat and wait for your food. They only had one runner when we were there (3 meals), so service was slow. I assume the runner was also bussing, because tables were dirty and sticky. Ketchup and hot sauce on the table were empty or nearly empty at each place we sat. Limited menu and only 1 tap beer (of 4 listed) was available. Food tasted fine and was standard American fare. Pizza available as well. I wouldn't have visited as many times if there were other options available.

This is a joke of a restaurant. They make you pay before even seeing your food, probably because they know it’s gross. It is extremely overpriced and staff seem to be miserable working there.

For your visiting Crater Lake national Park. Went into the restaurant to have a quick bite of dinner and ended up just with the bison chili which was very good but very spicy. So be forewarned. Simple atmosphere they take the order at the desk and it gets brought out to you. Saturday the fireplace. Clean need and very easy and quick place to get some food. Overall very happy with it.
Parking: Funniest spots but it's located behind the restaurant.

We did not eat here but nice place to get last minute gifts if you’re heading out of the park and not planning to go back to the lodge/lake/info center where the other gifts shops are. Those have a bit more selection depending if you are at the national park (less selections) or the non national park shop (more selections). We got a magnet on our way out but kinda pricy at $9.99 despite the sign listing them at $7.99. Kinda misleading with the pricing unless they didn’t update it or we got rung up wrong?
Stayed in the campground, so ate here.Very overpriced. $16 French Toast is literally 4 wedges of French toast. Bacon was cold. Fish and chips were way over cooked. Orders wrong. Service spotty, and they are pre pay, so your tip doesntbrefy your service.

You have to order with the hostess/host first before sitting down. After our food was ready and the cook yelled order up. It sat there for about 5 minutes. I had to ask the person up front if we grab it ourselves or they bring it to us. She said they bring it to you. Then a couple minutes later brought it to us. Then both burgers we ordered only had one pickle chip on them. One of the burgers had two top buns and the other had two bottom buns. Table was dirty as well
