Crazy wait times at the drive through, they don't even allow you to order tell the person at the window leaves, prices went up, and food gotten smaller. Never has anything available that's posted on the menu. Also, puts about a pound of mayo on everything

It was delivered on a snow day 2/4/25 . Above and beyond in customer service an hour late but we were given 2 extra fries much appreciated . Doordarshan driver was great with delivery and handoff and a trooper going through snow In frontyard . Friendly and nice and courteous Doordash delivery guy . Thanks Burger King . Blessings !! 🙌

Went thru the drive through on my lunch break. I asked if it was possible to do fiery chicken on the bacon Swiss chicken sandwich. The lady taking my order screamed “I don’t know where she is, she just left at 11!”, At her coworker without muting the mic. Then proceeded to rush me through the rest of my order. When I got to the window I was told, “Next time just order the fiery chicken and add bacon and Swiss. Don’t confuse the person taking your order because it’s not just me I have multiple people up here”. It is not the customers job to know how to order something they’ve never had. It is the employees job to inform the customer of the confusion. A better approach would have been for the person taking my order to say “it’s not possible to replace the chicken but we can add it to the existing sandwich.” Rather than tell me how to order the next time I come thru. Don’t worry there will be no confusion as I’m no longer taking my lunch at this location.

Sat in The parking lot after going through the drive thru for 30 min then had to go in to get my food witch was already done and getting cold not good service at all do not go to this store. The manager should be ashamed of there self

Stopped for lunch with my wife. Service was fast and friendly, food tasted fresh and was served hot, restaurant appeared clean and well kept.
The first Burger King I went to was out of Whopper meat The second Burger King I went to was out of everything that had to do with the Addams family movie their machines were down for the frozen drinks they didn't have the purple buns for the hamburger they didn't have this they didn't have that seriously disappointing experience will not be going back

I just had to wait 10 minutes for food I didn’t get. When I was told I had to wait all they did was blame “the new guy” cause he’s not doing his job right. Which I felt was super unprofessional regardless. That’s not my business and all I needed to know was the wait time. Really disappointing they blame the new guy, I wait longer than the time given, and I still don’t get all my food.

I loved this place and to my delight I found up acorn trees alongside parking. So I picked many. It made the meal I ate ,free.

At the white city burger king. Doing the breakfast and asked to have a sode instead of a coffee. It was an additional 1.25. Mind you this is for the small drink. Really BS. So you pay full price which includes a coffee plus 1.25 to have a small model I stead. Such a ripoff.
